Even with displacement go with initial impressions, data still is relevant, and
generally outweighs the "dis"

You get confident .. and you edit your sessions, ego comes into
play, and something is absolutely demanded about having a
certain humility to your work. The noise of ego drowns out the
subtle feedback of subconscious.

I wonder if there is a component about confidence, arrogance which makes

you cut-off.. in addition to being prone to censoring data, cut off from signal

taking that literally but in hindsight looks like if I were more openminded that it was just glass being communicated to me or perhaps

had an image of a CFL bulb rising up to a bridge; data so perfect can come
like this, had no other data really suggesting a bridge so I looked it over
some. BUT don't give way to naming and guessing during session.. that is
just the analytical mind or the NAG, the namer and guess.. as said "One of
our primary mantras of CRV is "Describe, don't identify." The left side of the
brain is what we refer to as the "NAG" the Namer and Guesser. It is the
part of your brain that just has to know what everything is. That is what
allowed us to survive as a species!
-the most important aim in sessions is to learn how to hold ones mind right
for more consistent success.

One of our primary mantras of CRV is Describe, dont identify. The left
side of the brain is what we refer to as the NAG the Namer and
Guesser. It is the part of your brain that just has to know what everything
is. That is what allowed us to survive as a species!
However, when you are trying to remote view anything, it is the nouns that
will lead you off track much of the time
We dont discourage the use of nouns because they are always wrong. We
discourage them because any time a Viewer or a psychic uses a noun, they

stop viewing.

If you can identify the image, then it likely is not from remote viewing the

target. In remote viewing, you will see indistinct images, shapes, and
colors, but they will usually not look like something identifiable. Relax and
empty your mind if something clearly identifiable comes into it.
When you do receive remote viewing signals, avoid trying to identify
something or letting your imagination fill in the blanks to make something
identifiable out of the impressions you have. If you can identify it, then your
imagination has created it.
When the imagination puts an image into your window, quiet your mind and
empty your rice bowl. Make your window black.
Practice that for five minutes now. Relax, close your eyes, and empty your
mind. As imagined images come into your mind, quiet your mind and empty
the window so it is black.

I got to learn to not try to analytically put it together so much what a target
is, I contorted this to be something 80s entertainment like, but really that
(the 80s entertainment sentiment I was picking up on) was just I think to
evoke from me the emotional data of the target, and I took that out of
context .. that symbolism to evoke those feelings, TO BE basically what the
target was.
I saw images of trees within the body of the session. Don't make analysis.

and you saw other images of blue and coolness.
"cool" felt right to you but you didn't know how it applied, you ended up
writing down water and artificial tank, based on seeing water in an artificial
settings several times... though water didn't reall feel on target.
You have to remember i'ts basically impossible, and has been, to piece

together what a target is just off of these images. You haven't had a
successful session to date that worked like that. Think of it as like guesses
of names when trying to remember something on the tip of your mind
tongue.

early stuff is often just bullshit
for all intents and purposes you never see things truly, but are just getting
general ideas of what's going on.. these general notions if taken litterally
will make you fail. symbols contain more meaning than words.
if you can look at your data that you've down and your breakdown, and look
at ..from a kind of 3rd party REMOVED and DETACHED perspective, as in
they are symbols.. symbols that often get taken too literally, I think you can
fair well to matching session data to a target.

Be very mindful of filtering out what seems to be conscious mind filling in
the gaps of various image nuggets.
-distill the essences of what is going on the images.
Like you had an image of business men dining together ..and the daylight
shining in, the essence here seemed to be a convivial meeting of sides and
parties during the day.it seemed international like.
And some images are just crap crap nothing. ..and adding to the difficulty
some will be contorted through the prism of your analytical searching for an
answer to what is the target? For how this feels think of trying to remember
the word recidivism.. or anything you can't quite remember you can search
in your mind analytically, stamping about for something like it until you
analytically can come up with it, or surrender the analytical style of thinking.
Don't trust the images and what your conscious mind can consciously
weave from them.
Trust your senses, your sensing.
Also with your feedback you ran into the problem of filtering a lot of raw
data out that would've been good, but was filtered out for the sake of
conscious theory.
like you saw a dome, with lots of stuff going on around it. you felt clean
crisp unpolluted air. the most clean you've ever experienced, that tidbit got

filtered out.

THE SIGNAL/TARGET
Group photo did. convivial atmosphere did. try breaking down words and
ideas to the feel right. In the same way of how the oft forgot name Robinson
Cano feels right as oppose to Juan Uribe a name you were getting blocked
on thinking it might be his, but you knew didn't feel right.

images can send you on a wild goose chase, I don't know if they should be
used at all. Still clear crisp images are mistaken information according to
remote viewing teachers.
My experience is whatever you are thinking about can strongly influence
what these random images produced by the conscious mind are. For
example I was thinking about new york and girls at the beginning of one
session and so I started getting seemingly random images with those
things. I carried into this session perhaps baggage from doing poorly with
the last session and trying not to be too caught off guard, kind of like RPS
theory, and ended up thinking about far off temple indiana jones places too
much perhaps.
I built a narrative , and this is key with conscious
thinking/guessing/deducing during a session you build up a narrative and
then your conscious mind produces more random images like that.
Perhaps I was viewing that image (buchanan practice target) I saw 5
minutes later of women lined up on a dock with white bags of bananas on

their heads and men on boats in a river waiting to collect the bananas. That
was more visually striking, the space needle had one image, and I just
quickly went ah fuck! click*
Maybe remote viewing is largely time travel oriented, in that you are viewing
your target feedback.
There was the incidence of you seeing in a session an image of a flight of
the navigator type craft which was the same as an image of something you
downloaded via Prager very shortly following a session

art didn't feel right or quite on point to me all along, and this is key: if a word
doesn't feel right: that is your grip onto the signal. it's an easy thing to brush
over: don't, use it to your advantage.

This was a return back to much identical to the errors made in the garlic
remote viewing target Saige had.
you can run into the trap of trying to consciously deduce your target through
looking at your images. then what happens the images you receive are
colored by what you are consciously thinking about. images are like words
often, in that data is encoded in them.
in the rock climbing xtreme competitive sport fest session little if any time
was spent on consciously deducting what the target was through the
images. you did very much though note and record them. don't try to
conclude early on especially what a target is.
looking at past more successful sessions I overlooked this in this session:

surrender your conscious thinking and guessing


and just be surrendered to the subconscious

CONSCIOUS THEORIZING , where you begin to form an idea of what it is
and keep adding adding adding to that idea, WILL FUCK FUCK YOU
OVER
keep in mind often landscape shots are just useless.
in general do not take images as literal
look for exaggerated impossible seeming elements in the images, this is
clue to what is being conveyed (this how with Saige's garlic hanging from
the wall, you saw images exaggeratedly white concrete, you thought
something to do with concrete.. eggh! wrong. what was being conveyed
was white white white and physical hardness)
REMOTE VIEWING DOESN'T HAPPEN QUICK
I saw where I went awry, my first little little thing was like of something of
soldiers running ... and then off my mind went with the theory of a battle.
I saw in my second image the whooshing sky (this was like an exaggerated
whirlpool sky, I should take that exaggeration as cue that the motion itself
likely was being conveyed) and I saw the sky from like a castle like tower

with exaggerated impossibly large jewels in the walls. Again I should've


taken this impossible exaggeration to imply more like artistic design, or just
for god's sake to not take it so literal.

-If you're in a bad head space, which I have fought through long ago to
success, you're consciously thinking too much, your conscious mind is
involved to much. Only conscious mind through it's judging can make you
feel separate, and so thusly down, only conscious mind and judging can
produce such negativity and pessimism and bad feeling, your job here is
just to record the data coming through and not think.
-So I just started again, recording diligently any image coming through
regardless of how vague it ended up being to the target. I started to just
view each image with an implicit trust. And then through that process I
slowly sensed out words and specifics I could gather about the target.

-It's important again, where a lot of difficulty error happens, is not to take
too much literal stock in the images you see.. you then formulate conscious
minded theories about what the target is, which drowns out the real nature
of the target, and you tend to edit info you record to fit your consciously
devised theory. And your job again is just to record data.
-Also, I realized with a sensing meditation of going from feet to legs to
hands to arms, etc to the whole body is sensed, it is better for me to frame
it as I would a prayer. In that viewing like each body part is a word in a
prayer.

-The repeated hill simplistic shape you saw in the form of windows on a
plane and various other images.. you didn't know what that shape was, but
then it came together at the end, what was being conveyed

It was a hard session, but I ended up doing very very well.


It was hard because I spent so much time in the beginning in negative funk,
not really trusting the images I was getting. I was thinking and worrying that
maybe somehow I'd lost how to do this. I spent an hour like that. I almost
stopped and just went with whatever little inkling I had at that point, though i
didn't feel like anything resonated that much.
Instead I got up out of bed, I do my RVing lying down in bed, and just kind
of readjusted.. thinking I'm starting over again and started again sitting up.
In past sessions where Ive done decent, I know I've done so much as gone
out of the room and ate stuff in the kitchen and came back. My point is that
you can get up and change your position, and this sometimes will help if
you're in a bad head space.

say an Our Father prayer during each RV session, I backed off sensing
meditation for most of the sessions with you. I find what happens with me,
is I end up consciously making too much conscious noise in judging how
well I'm sensing or focusing, anytime your judging your doing conscious
mind stuff.. and that judging often begets getting frustrated and negative.
Where as with like prayer I say the word and try to apply focus but if I lose
focus in going through the motions in saying the words I'm not berating
myself.

Ideas of cracking something handheld sized and white to be cooked with..
and cooking with this target in a kitchen obviously are there. Also though
aside from what the woman's face was saying, I felt the target was
something that was boring to me, but I didn't put that down.
I felt at one point "crack an egg crack a tooth" was a phrase that resonated
with the target, but I censored that because it didn't make sense to my
conscious which was leaning towards the target being some physical
landmark with lots of concrete.

Also, the different images of concrete I saw.. it was such an exaggerated


white, I should've maybe took cue that concrete wasn't just simply being
conveyed... but more like hey jerk... look at all this white! white!! white!!
white hard surface. (in addition to the garlic the white wall it hangs against I
think factors in here)
My conscious mind got in during the session and disturbed the pure data. I
analytically decided it must be some outdoor place thing.. which lead to me
throwing away some data I mentioned, and not just correctly feeling the
concrete I saw as just communicating the idea of white hard surfaces.

It's interesting and worth pointing out how the images I saw were off, I think
in general images you see.. vast majority of the time are not literal
snapshots of the target, but contain data wrapped up in them to kind of
decode.
Like how I think I correctly (to an extent) decoded seeing those young
adults in costume.. one of which was a girl I know who is an actress.. to be
mainly a conveyance of young people playing or having a good time in a
public place. The scene looked like young adults participating in a
convention at a hotel, but from what I was sensing/feeling that was not
relevant to the target quite as such.
Even with the red box where I saw a girl similar to that one in the box, it was
not an image of that girl on the box .. it was more like a real woman, and
she was topless .. and like standing face to face with me, and had quite a
bit of accessories on, but not the same accessories as the girl pictured.

I think the images you see in a session are like language, written language,
like how the word dog written on a piece of paper does not look like a
dog ... a circle with a line coming up the right side of it, a space, a circle, a
space, then another circle with a line coming down on the right side of it
and then curving up and left , No, a dog doesn't look like that, but that
series of lines and circles and curves contains the idea of a pitbull.
And as such like that I think these images are like language which contain
ideas that describe the target.

I read the other day someone said that this is not remote viewing, this is
sensing, remote sensing. We should really think of it as such, I think that is
helpful. My learning and progress got derailed putting too much creedence
in these images I'd see, taking them at face value, and not sensing enough.
I didn't experience any kind of success I could feel tethered to, until I
started just going with words that seemed to resonate with the target (in so
sensing). This idea along with just the whole practice of RV just being about
just quieting your conscious mind and all of its theorizing and judgement, I
think are two big lessons I can impart towards success.

I'm guilty of letting my conscious filter out flirting with expressing the idea
sensed of amusement rides and roller coasters, I looked up in google
images after my session .. fort lauderdale, to see what the hell I was
sensing, I saw an image in the results of a roller coaster, and I thought
maybe but then it said it was 200 miles away .. and was like no on the
amusement park front.
The overlapping criss cross bars I described moving, looked just like what
you'd see making up an old wooden style roller coaster, it was all funny and

moving though (as to say not a literal image of a roller coaster, but it looked
just like that kind of framework and roller coaster was what I thought) , I
think the idea being conveyed was one of a ride.
I don't know how exactly the image of the shiny little bumpy rocks or fish I
saw fits in.. though I can say in hindsight those little kiddie rides to me
always are mighty mighty shiny and glossy (and kind of seeming maybe a
little unsanitary too). Though I wasn't sensing that whole glossy shiny thing
as being part of the target.
I can understand the hanging black plane thing dripping with oil in a mall
like setting, I sensed the idea of some kind of attraction was on offer
through, and again I can see in hindsight also the idea of something shiny,
and something stationary people could ride on conveyed through it.
The images I got of people, like on floors at a mall, also I had one of like a
sports stadium with people on it.. I also had one similar to like the las vegas
strip, these things were conveying the idea to me of an attraction,
spectacle, colorful manmade noise. It's what I sensed in them, which is why
I wrote the intro to my session that way,
