Hope you did not all think we had given up writing, but we have remembered
you and your generous support of our work
Those of you who have contrib
uted to this recent expense of Jonathan's hospital bill have been a great
blessing, and we believe that the burden of this bill is lifted with this
help received^
It was very gracious of you all to help meet this added ex
pense.,

V/e have been over to Indiana and paid for the buildingo

The Church of

Christ, at Reidsville, N=Co, Lewis Styons, Minister, sent t5iOOOoOO to pay


on the building and ^500^00 ^a-S paid by Windfall Christian Church, and
SlOO.OO by a local man, Bob LaEoll tt. Bob LaFollett made the initial
deposit of S280o00 which was most appreciated, especially at a time when
no one from Mission Services was available to negotiate for uso
The area
men of Kokomo and vicinity held a Mission Services Luncheon on December 17-
and 29 ministers attended the luncheono
On this occasion we explained our
plan of asking area churches to sponsor the remodeling and equipping of the

departments (ioSo one church or two sponsoring one of our ten departments)
such as would be done for a camp etCo So this i^ the proceedure we will be
following in raising funds for relocating in that area.,
You'll be interested to know that since our summer visit to Luxembourg, on
the way to Poland, last year, we did some research on Luxembourg and then
we contacted three ministers who are personal acquaintances of ourso

in Sto Louis area, and one in Atlanta, Ga^ They have become very interested
in going to this part of Europe to begin a new work and follow up previous
contacts made by Ed Fausz and others in Germany^

Due to the plans that we have now of moving to Indiana, the family and I
plan to rent a house in the area of the school building where we will be
moving our Mission Services Center, around the last week of this month,

We will in this way have the children enrolled in school for 2nd
semester^

We -at Mission Services oust recently called a full time Field-Representa
tiveTerry Keyo
He will assist me in traveling and representing Mission
Services to Churclies
Terry and His family were with Revival Fires for two
years and recently turned down an offer to go again with Revival Fires to
come and help us represent and teach Missions to American Churches,
This
is part of our expansion plan. Another phase of our growth was carried out
oust recently when we called a man as Business Manager of Mission Services.
This is another step in the plans we offered the Advisory Board at recent
meetings.
So, all in all every recommendation we offered to Mission Services

has "been accepted, and the Lord has provided interested persons or the right
item needed in every case.

The last

years here have been very fruitful for you who support us, we

feeT'that Missxon~Servce"s- is moving ahead at -great-strides-,- New-work for

missionaries is coming in steadily and many new plans for teaching missions,
publishing mission news, guiding recruits and maintaining a correspondence
with them, are all now in fulfillment.

Oh yes, T, Sgt, William Shelton, President of Christian Church Missionary


Military Fellowdip, recently met with us at Shelbina, Missouri, and asked
us at Mission Services to take over the work of Military Fellowship which
involves a great deal of correspondence to all Churches in America to learn
of military men and help get them in fellowship of other Christians,
This
meeting was held at the home of Gene and Pat Hatcher of Shelbina, Missouri,

We are really excited about the prospects for service as plans begin to ma

terialize (spiritualize) so call on our Field-Representative, Terry Key,


anytime to come to your congregation. You will enjoy learning more of our
work and he presents a most challenging and informative program on Mission
Services,
