Distinguished efforts in launching and executing multi lingual (audio -7 languages) exit interview versionfor ground
level staff which led to wide recognition by HRD and managers and led to nomination for the Star of the month.
Outstanding role in successfully saving millions in ticket fare by initiating two months of advanced ticketing for
employees going on vacation especially during the peak seasons.
Introduced mail merge application to recruitment team for printing offer letter and helped them to reduce the offer
letter preparation time from days to hours. Got the employee of the month award for this.
Conceived and successfully introduced the spread sheet sharing within the team members which helped in immediate
updating of application (mobilization) status and reduce the time as well.
Took the initiative to successfully implement a Toll Free number for HR, for employee issue redressal.
Took the initiative to successfully collect the next of kin details for all the 18000 employees for upload in the system.

Unanimously selected among 56 visa assistants for a temporary vacancy for the next level (Entry clear assistance) for
6 people.
Significantly contributed as member of the prize winning power point presentation for Tehran team during the inter
department competition.
Got qualified for the special bonus recommended by the Entry clearance Manager for my overall contribution during
the Tehran UK embassy crisis (Tehran embassy emergency closure due to attack).
