How to enhance citrus groves with Atomic Grow.

Heres how to use our two new formulations of AtomicGrow on citrus crops! These
new
products improve on previous versions of colloidal micelle technology

growth. And the internal cleansing
effect keeps phloem tubes clear.

Weve been working four years with Danny Via, owner of the orange grove on the right side
of the fence in the photo above. This photo was taken in November 2010, and Vias grove has
grown even healthier and more productive since with the help of a sound nutrition program
mobilized with nano-micelle technology.Via applies foliar fertility pre-bloom, post-bloom and
then four appli-cations at 6-week intervals during the summer. He applies 5-0-9 using our
biologically based sur-factant in 50 gallons of water per acre.Traces include zinc, manganese,
iron and magnesium. No copper needed. In fertigation water, he uses 9-0-9. Neighbors are
noticing the exceptional health of this grove on Pine Level Road, Arcadia, Florida.

itrus growers know sweeter,

more flavorful citrus has a
huge competitive advantage
for growers who can produce it.
And Atomic is all about mobilizing sugars in the tree along with
other health-enhancing elements
such as micronutrients, which add
flavor.
Atomic contains
nano-sized,
charged colloids which increase the
mobility of natural sugars and
foliar-applied nutrient solutions in
crop cir-culation.
Atomic does this by reducing surface tension of spray solutions and
plant sap. In water or in tree circulation, Atomic builds micelles
nano-sized lubricants.
Atomic makes sugars easier to
pump through the plants phloem
tubes, which energize crop growth.
Over several months of nurturing
with Atomic plus any needed foliar
nutrients, the phloem and xylem circulation systems of citrus trees are
able to restore free-flowing circulation between leaves and roots.

Atomic modifies the physics of

water. The surface tension of water
is
about 72 dynes. Thats quite
sticky.
Its why dewdrops form on
leaves. Surface molecules of water
stick to each other, rather than the
leaf, creat-ing a droplet which slides
off the leaf. Thats why you use a
surfactant in foliars. Atomic is one of
the worlds best (and safest)
surfactants.
If you add a half-ounce of Atomic
to a gallon of water, waters surface
tension drops to about 33 dynes,
so a spray solution with one ounce
of Atomic per two gallons of water
clear coats the leaf for immediate
absorption.
Atomic also does two other critical jobs: It temporarily softens the
waxy cuticle on citrus leaves, which
allows easier penetration of nutrient
or
crop
protection
spray
compounds.
And it contains a sugar-based
chelating ingredient which carries

A super-effective surfactant which

and
translocation of foliar sprays.

Atomic micelles gradually help clean

tree nutrient pipelines, and increase sap
mobility by reducing surface tension.
This helps reduce clogging of phloem
sieve tubes from HLB residues. Atomic

pump sugars more easily to fruit, roots and other growth

points.
In field crops, weve measured root sugars twice as
high in field crops treated with Atomic Grow . We can
expect the same response in an orange or grapefruit tree.
When that happens, beneficial soil organisms multiply
dramati-cally, fueling more soil nutrient conversion
and more robust growth and fruiting. When healthy soil
organisms are fed those extra sugars, they multiply
exponentially all around the roots the rhizosphere.
Under warm, moist conditions, microbe numbers double
every hour.
Their billions of healthy bodies release soil nutrients
which build 20% to 50% bigger, deeper roots. The organisms such as mycorrhiza become extensions of the roots,
sponging up more moisture and more nutrients.
Renewable Farming has proven this with hundreds of
tissue tests and yield checks in the U.S. the past four years.
Most of our work is with grain crops, but the
principles apply across all crops. In general, if a crop
shows a yield response to foliar nutrients, such as
trace elements, Atomic Grow as the delivery system in
the tank mix bumps the yield response to that nutrient by
about 80%.
Work with colloidal micelle technology around the
world indicates that warm-climate crops are more
respon-sive than those in temperate zones. We dont
understand why this is so, but reports from equatorial
nations consis-tently show that response.
Here is a summary of the seven main benefits which
Atomic Grow formulations bring you on citrus or any crop:
1. Surfactant benefit: Atomic Grow in the spray
solution creates a super wet spray. So the spray clearcoats the entire leaf surface. Water and nutrients
penetrate directly through the leaf cuticle into the palisade
cells. Even if the plant has some moisture stress, it can
still absorb and metabolize nutrients which it cannot
extract from the soil.
2. Softening benefit: Colloidal micelles in both Atomic
products link water and hydrocarbons. Atomic Grow
temporarily softens the waxy outer cuticle of the leaf,
allowing more rapid absorption of nutrients into the
under-lying palisade cells, where metabolism occurs.
Even on a wet, cool morning with dew on soybean leaves,
leaves will appear dry about 20 minutes after spraying not because moisture has evaporated, but because it has
been absorbed.
3. Chelating benefit: A t o m i c colloidal micelles have
positive and negative "ends" on them. One end links with
water, the other to nutrient elements like zinc or
phospho-rus... whatever is in the foliar nutrient
solution. When water moves into the plant cell, it carries
the nutrient with it. The micelles work in concert with a
unique, sugar-based chelating ingredient.
Most major pharmaceutical firms have launched
research efforts to learn how to use nano-micelles to link

with their proprietary drug molecules and carry them

into body cells.

4. Translocation benefit: Atomic enters photosynthetic leaf cells, it reduces surface tension of the sugar-rich plant
sap. This nutrient solution becomes easier to "pump" from leaves to roots or new growing points. This saves energy,
and keeps sugars flowing freely out of leaves. More sugar flows to roots, where part of it is exuded into soil,
stimulating a microbial bloom which converts more soil nutrients to plant-available forms.
Our research challenge the past two years has been to find the formula delivering the ideal surface tension
reduction within the crop, when sprayed with foliar nutrients. Surface tension of moisture in crop xylem tubes can
be dropped too far, especially on young crops. That can temporarily constrain capillary uptake of moisture from
roots.

The grower managing this grove has been using our technology for
four years. He has upgraded his fertility program to meet the
needs of healthier trees and higher yield. This year the grower has
a large potential yield and no fruit drop. Also there are no visible
signs of HLB, so the fertility program and healthy tree circulation
are well established. We will do brix testing of leaves and fruit later
this sea-son when the fruit is mature.

It takes time to heal a tree which has been subjected for years
to heavy applications of commercial fertilizers, pesticides,
fungicides and ground-applied glyphosate. Many groves have
had extensive applications of copper for disease control.
Gradually, the phloem and xylem pathways are compromised,
somewhat like the arteries and veins of a person loaded with cholesterol (a bodys defense response against inflammation).
Colloidal cell technology a nano-sized micelle with positive
and negative charges on each micelle acts as an internal
cleanser and chelating agent to clear nutrient pathways in a tree.
That can take several seasons. Fortunately, colloidal micelle
programs are very reasonable in cost per acre, especially in
relation to potential returns on healthy citrus groves.
