VII. BIOGRAFA
Janneth Roco Secue Roncera. Naci en Bogot,
Colombia en 1977. Ingeniera electricista egresada de
la Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Actualmente
estudiante de doctorado en Ingeniera Elctrica de la
Universidad Nacional de San Juan, Argentina. Su
campo de investigacin es el diagnstico de fallas
mecnicas y elctricas en devanados de
transformadores a travs del anlisis de la respuesta
en frecuencia por el mtodo SFRA.
Enrique E. Mombello (IEEE M95-SM00) nacido
en Buenos Aires, Argentina, en 1957. Recibi el
grado de ingeniero elctrico en 1982 y el grado de
Doctor en Ingeniera Elctrica en 1998, ambos en la
Universidad Nacional de San Juan (UNSJ),
Argentina. Su campo de inters abarca temas tales
como transformadores, alta tensin, comportamiento
transitorio de componentes de sistemas de potencia y
coordinacin del aislamiento.
Carlos V. Cardoso. Naci en Lima, Per en 1971.
Ingeniero Electrnico egresado de la Universidad
Antenor Orrego de Trujillo (Trujillo-Per). Realiz
la maestra y el doctorado en la Universidad de San
Pablo Brasil (USP). Actualmente se desempea
como investigador en el Grupo de Investigacin en
Automatizacin de la Generacin, Transmisin y
Distribucin de Energa Elctrica- GAGTD de la
facultad de Ingeniera Elctrica de la Universidad de
San Pablo, Brasil.
