Vendor must fill in information marked (*) thus and return.

Internal test reports shall be submitted to purchaser before inspection call.

P&ID Numbers shall be read with prefix "J97-ONGC-SMS-ND-"

SS 316 Nameplate permanently fastened to the body shall be provided by vendor specifying its TAG NO., Manufacture, Model No. & Serial No.

Transmitter shall be supplied with all mounting accessories including cable glands, SS316 plugs, U Clamp & Fasteners.

Flange facing finish shall be 125 AARH

Transmitter shall be certified for Enclosure Protection by a statutory body and certificate for the same shall be provided.

All Spare Cable Entries shall be provide with Blind Plugs of Material SS 316

Vendor shall confirm mounting arrangement of the Sensor.

Vendor shall confirm minimum Straight Length Required for the Instrument on the Upstream as well as Downstream side based on which client sha
requirement of Flow Straighteners / Conditioners.
