Easton Intermediate School, Easton, MA-HVAC design for a new 145,000 SF Intermediate school for
grades 4 through 6, including library, gymnasium, computer rooms, cafeteria and kitchen facilities.
Renaissance Charter School, Boston, MA-Total rehabilitation of existing 14 story building, including

to reduce installed costs for the conversion of a factory building to office space.
Triangle Office Park, Monroe, CT-Designed HVAC and plumbing systems for five multi-story office
buildings each averaging approximately 80,000 SF.
Berol Pencil Plant, Danbury, CT-Designed HVAC and plumbing systems for the conversion of the Berol
Pencil Plant to a high technology office and manufacturing facility. Approximately 240,000 SF.
