The concessionaires of the municipality of Cantilan,
Surigao del Sur without existing water service connection.

5 hours and 7 minutes (excluding travel time and depending of the schedule of turn-over of
investigated applications and schedule of orientation)

What are the Requirements:


1. Attends orientation arranged by the Customer Service
anytime within the schedule of service.
2. Any of the following:
a. Certificate of Residency from Barangay Captain
b. Valid I.D. with picture
c. Current Residence Certificate
