HOME RUN RULES & RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
ELITE LEAGUE:
(* DOUBLEHEADERS *)

- Maximum of FOUR (4) Home Runs per team per game

- NO MORE THAN 50% NON-RESIDENTS

NATIONAL LEAGUE:
(* NEW OPEN LEAGUE *)

- Maximum of FOUR (4) Home Runs per team per game

- No residency restrictions

AMERICAN LEAGUE:

- Maximum of THREE (3) Home Runs per team per game

- NO MORE THAN 50% NON-RESIDENTS

RECREATION LEAGUE:

- Maximum of TWO (2) Home Runs per team per game

- NO MORE THAN 50% NON-RESIDENTS

Each subsequent ball hit over the fence after the limit is reached will be an out.
Maximum home runs are a per team limit; therefore, home run hitters need not be
designated,
all players may hit home run(s) until limit is reached for the game.

REGISTRATION = $ 325.00 American & Rec. One Game Per Week 12 Game Minimum
$ 500.00 National One Game Per Week 12 Game Minimum
$ 525.00 Elite One Doubleheader Per Week 20 Game Minimum
(Plus forfeit deposit & any applicable non-resident and
special resident player fees)
UMPIRE FEES = $15.00 per team per game
A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO HOLD YOUR SPOT IN THE
LEAGUE. THE BALANCE IS DUE WITH COMPLETED ROSTERS BY APRIL 27, 2015.
THIS $50.00 WILL BECOME YOUR FORFEIT DEPOSIT FOR THE SEASON.

and Canfield Community Center.

MANAGER'S MEETING:

Wednesday, April 29, 2015 @ 8:00 p.m.

Location : Richard A. Young Recreation Center.

TEAM ENTRY FEE:

$325.00 American & Rec. One game per week 12 game min.
$500.00 National (Open) One game per week 12 game min.
$525.00 Doubleheader per week 20 game min.

DEPOSIT:

A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required

at the time of registration to hold your team's place in the league.
This deposit will be used as your forfeit deposit for the season. If
your team does not forfeit during the season, you will receive this
$50.00 back.

SPECIAL NON-RES. FEE: $10.00 per special non-resident. A special non-resident is defined

a player whose parents live in Dearborn Heights OR a player who
works in Dearborn Heights (Documented proof of either is
required).
Number of special non-residents on a teams roster is unlimited.

Included in league fee. The Parks and Recreation Department will

supply two new softballs for each game at the field.

Mason Moore Tournament Dates to be determined.

STARTING DATE:

May 11th

* CITY CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT is for all Men's League teams with a winning
percentage above .500. PLAYOFF TOURNAMENT is for all Men's League teams with a
winning percentage of .500 or lower. Championship Tournament will be double elimination.
Playoff Tournament will be single elimination.
