Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Self Assessment

Gerald Miller
Introduction
The Leader EQ-s Self provides the opportunity for you to construct a summary of
your own perceptions of your EQ-s by indicating the extent to which you agree
that each statement accurately describes the way you think, feel, or act in the
capacity of a leader, most of the time and in most situations.
There are noright or wrong answers and no good or bad choices; the rating
that best describes you is the correct answer! Answer openly and honestly by
indicating how you actually are, not how you would like to be or how you would
like others to think of you.
