The Newlife APP programme is opened to all Newlifes IBOs and Smart Savers only.
Smart Savers will not have PV or BV for their APP, however they will enjoy savings of upto 10%,
APP Price that is equalled to IBO.
No minimum amount for APP orders, however in order to enjoy upto 10% savings with
products at APP Price outside their APP, IBO are required to have monthly APP order of
minimum 150PV.
The APP orders will be processed by 7th of every month or the next available working day.
The APP program is voluntary, and NewlifeTM does not require IBO to participate in the
programme as a prerequisite for eligibility to Newlife compensation plan.
To enroll in the APP programme, simply complete the APP Order Form.
The PV and BV from APP programme will be credited to your NewLifeTM business centre(s) that
is signed on to APP.
PV and BV are not transferable to another account
Newlife will automatically debit the IBO credit card or bank account for the amount of the
product order in APP and all other applicable handling and delivery charges on a monthly basis
unless IBO inform the company on any changes or cancellation.
If IBO wish to change their APP, they are to contact NewlifeTM personally and an administrative
fee of $5 may be applicable per change of APP product order.
Once initiated, IBOs autoship will remain in effect until he or she terminates it in writing.
NewlifeTM must receive any changes or termination in writing minimum10 working days prior
to the order being process.
NewlifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to limit IBO account activities. E.g bulk
purchase in APP i.e. maximum 10 units per product.
IBO can either collect his/her APP orders from NewlifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd office or have
them delivered to their preferred address. Subject to delivery charges and terms and
conditions.
APP products that uncollected for two months will be sent to the latest IBO address in
NewlifeTM record. Any delivery charges will be automatically debited from the IBO bank account
or credit card.
APP is excluded from any promotions, vouchers or discounts.
The decision of NewLifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd is final. In the case of any differences in
interpretation, the NewLifeTM's interpretation will prevail. IBOs should not form their
conclusion if they have doubts or questions on the technicalities and they should write to
NewLifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd for clarification.
Should IBOs return products, exchanges or cancel their IBOship which will affect the
commission qualification, NewLifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to debit any
commission earnings and the value of the reward(s) from the IBOs commission. This is also
subject to the Good Return Policy of NewLifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd.
Any return products, exchanges or cancel their IBOship will also deemed as discontinuing and
termination of APP program where all rewards (if any) will be withheld and IBO will no longer
enjoy any APP price.
Any cancellation of APP under an IBO will automatically reset the APP qualification of minimum
maintenance of 3 months.
Qualified IBO will be able to enjoy products at APP price.
NewLifeTM International (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend modify any terms and
conditions at anytime without any prior notice.
