User called and cannot log into his MS Outlook e-mail Account.
The user's PC will not turn on when the power button is pressed.
User needs more memory installed
MSIE keeps on crashing for any site
SP2 Upgrade needed in order to be compliant
X: drive not being mapped to \corp\share
Blue Screen of Death every time system is rebooted
Wi-Fi signal not as strong as it was last week
Something is not right - PC is slow
Message stating that virus updates are needed keeps appearing
There is an odd odor emanating from my PC
File Q2.ppt placed in Recycle Bin; bin emptied
