Research and develop a conflict management online training module for registered student organizations
to provide students with expanded insight on effectively dealing with organizational conflict.
Work with staff members to promote co-curricular student involvement on campus with marketing tools
like social media and posters.
Organized and executed the 2014 Summer Programming Series with an attendance of over 1,400 students
and based on 2014 success, asked to complete 2015 Summer Programming Series.
Develop and implement events for the 2015 Winter and Spring Programming Series for the undergraduate
population on and off campus.
Prepared graduate student socials throughout the year that built community and created an interconnected
environment for students.
Advise, support, and supervise six to eight students during Uncommon Night programming aiming to
build community and connectedness among students.
Advise a diverse portfolio of 11 registered student organizations, assisting with financial needs,

and usage agreements, operation of AV equipment, and room set-up and reservations.
Prepared and maintained accurate key occupancy, meal and billing records, and weekly reports for
conferences of up to 800 residents.
Ensured that all front desks and lobby areas had the necessary conference registration materials.
