have forester Eric Radlof here answering all your
questions about the different maple trees. There will be
lots of samples of different maple products including the

different grades of maple syrup, maple sugars, cream,

cotton candy, candies, kettle corn, milk, etc. All these items
are for sale also with a lot more for everyone. There will
also be lunch and snack items for sale including maple
baked beans, maple boiled hot dogs, maple bean soup, etc.
Rolling in the Dough will have an awesome variety of
maple baked goods for sale including her fresh maple
cinnamon rolls. On Sat March 28, we will also have live
entertainment from Balladeer Jim Barnes and WEMJ will
be doing a live broadcast here during our open house.
