SB RESOLUTION NO. 007-2015

DECLARING AS VALID AND OPERATIVE BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 24, S. 2014 OF
MAPACO, AMENDING THE APPROVED BARANGAY AIP FOR CY 2014 FUNDED UNDER THE
MUNICIPAL AID OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY.

WHEREAS,

submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay for approval on review

pursuant to Section 333 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, is Barangay Resolution No. 24, S. 2014 of Barangay
Mapaco, entitled: Amending the Approved Barangay AIP for 2014 Under the
Municipal Aid 2014 from Slope Protection to Construction of Water Tank
Amounting to Php50,000.00 and Construction of Drainage Canal Amounting to
Php100,000.00;

WHEREAS,

after thorough review and deliberation, the same was found to be in order since
said resolution was passed in accordance with the prescribed powers vested upon
the concerned Sanggunian, hence, recommended for its approval;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED,

as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in

session assembled, to declare as it hereby declares as valid and operative in its
entirety for CY 2014 the above-entitled Barangay Resolution.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Barangay Council concerned is hereby informed that this review
action does not authorize any item of appropriation that is specifically prohibited by
or inconsistent with the provision of law.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the concerned Barangay Council,
through its Punong Barangay, the Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Accountant
and other concerned offices, for their information and guidance.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY this 12th day of January, 2015 on motion of the Sponsoring
Committee Chairman, Hon. Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and unanimously seconded
by the body.
