11, 1767 and he died in February 23, 1848. He was the 6th President of the
United States from March 4, 1825 to March 4, 1829. He was the son of the 2nd
President John Adams (with his wife of Abigail Adams). John Quincy Adams' name
of Quincy came from Abigail's maternal grandfather (whose name is Colonel John
Quincy after whom Quincy, Massachusetts is named). John Quincy Adams was
born in Quincy, MA near Boston. John Quincy Adams knew about the Declaration
of Independence from the letters his father wrote his mother from the 2nd
Continental Congress in Philadelphia. He went with his father into overseas plac
es
(John Adams was an American envoy to France from 1778 until 1779 and to the
Netherlands from 1780 to 1782). John Adams funded the American Revolution. John
Quincy Adams therefore explored locations in the world over in order to improve
his
basic learning about foreign affairs. Actively moving from place to place can ga
in
intelligence and insight about the world around us. John Quincy Adams studied Fr
ench
some Dutch, and the spectrum of Classical studies. Being
close
with
Benjamin
Franklin
and
Thomas
Jefferson
was
apart
of
John
Quincy Adams'
life
as

well. After he graduated from Harvard College in 1787, John Quincy Adams became
a
lawyer and political writer. John Quincy Adams followed George Washington's poli
cy of
neutrality, because he didn't desire to be entangled into the war pertaining to
France and
Britain. In 1794, George Washington appointed John Quincy Adams (when he was 26)
as
the U.S. Minister to the Netherlands. George Washington gave his Farewell Addres
s
opposing foreign enemies trying to ruin the unity of America, entangling allianc
es,
oppressive political parties, etc. The British still in the 1800's kidnapped Ame
rican
seamen, caused conflicts, and tried to provoke war between Native Americans and
the
American settlers. John Quincy Adams still promoted neutrality in spite of these
developments. He was in the Senate from 1803 to 1808. By 1805, Adams had also
become the Boylston Professor of Oratory and Rhetoric at Harvard. Special arrang
ements
were made to work around his schedule as an U.S. Senator. When he was the Boylst
on
Professor, he taught many of the same oligarchical families who disagreed with h
is
politics when he was in the Senate inside of the state of Massachusetts. John Qu
incy
Adams made the distinction between republican and oligarchical ideas.
Even in 1806, John Quincy Adams sent a resolution calling for the Treasury Depar
tment
to issue a plan for internal improvements to make canals, roads, etc. to develop
the West.
In 1809, President Madison proposed that Adams would take the post of Minister t
o
Russia. Even back then, Adams possessed a high level of intellect and intelligen
ce
gathering skills plus diplomatic abilities. Russia
was
a
crucial
ally
of
America.
John
Quincy
Adams
and
Czar
Alexander
I
developed
a
formal
diplomatic
relationship
(when
Alexander

I
was
fighting
Napoleon).
Adams along with Albert
Gallatin and Henry Clay went to the peace negotiations in Ghent to end the War o
f 1812.
John Quincy Adams was the U.S. Ambassador of Great Britain and then was Secretar
y of
State under President James Monroe in 1816. John Quincy Adams won the Presidency
in
1824 and gave Henry Clay the post of Secretary of State (after Clay lost the Pre
sidential
election). Adams was President from 1824 to 1828. John Quincy Adams had a strong
,
pro-American or republican foreign policy. He built up national infrastructure (
from
canal-building, scientific research endeavors, B and O Railroad, etc.) that was
funded by
the U.S. government. There is no doubt that he is a devout Christian. The author
s of The
Complete Book of the Presidents note that John Quincy Adams was a devout
Christian. They add:
"He
attended
church
regularly
and
often
worshipped
twice
on
Sunday.
All
his
life
before
retiring
each
night,
he
recited...prayer...In
the
morning
he
invariably
read
several
chapters
of
the
Bible
before

starting
his
day."
Adams lost the 1828 election to Andrew Jackson. By 1832, John Quincy ran for gov
ernor
of Massachusetts on the anti-Masonic Party. Freemasonry is unbiblical and its kn
own for
its occultism and secrecy. Adams was inspired more to do this by the murder of C
aptain
William Morgan of New York back in 1826. Morgan was an ex-Mason who revealed
some of the secrets of Freemasons, but he was murdered by Masons. His body was

dumped into a body of water.

After an historically unmatched and unprecedented investigation of American
Freemasonry, President John Quincy Adams concluded in his Address to the People
of
Massachusetts:

Masonic

to prostrate

principle
of
equal
justice
and
to corrupt

sentiment
of
virtuous
feeling
in the
soul
of
him
who
bound
his
allegiance
to it....

saw
the
practice
of

Christian benevolence,
even the
abstinence
of
atrocious
crimes;
limited
exclusively
by
lawless
oaths
and
barbarous

penalties,
to the
social
relations
between the
Brotherhood
and
the
Craft.
I
saw
slander
organize
into a
secret,
widespread
and
affiliated
agency....I
saw
self-invoked
imprecations
of
throats
cut
from
ear
to ear,
of
hearts
and
vitals
torn out
and
cast
off
and
hung
on spires.
I
saw
wine
drunk
from
a
human skull
with solemn invocation of
all
the
sins
of
its
owner
upon the
head
of
him
who drank
it."

Back then, Freemasons were some of the fiercest proponents of slavery, so that w
as an
inspiration for John Quincy Adams to oppose their agenda. He attended a party
conference in Philadelphia to met with Thaddeus Stevens. Stevens support Preside
nt
Abraham Lincoln's policies in the House years later. Adams met with the founders
of the
Whig Party, which evolved into the Republican Party today. He dropped out the Go
vernor
race to be elected Senator in 1832. He died in 1848 while he was in Congress. He
was the
first ex-President to be elected to the U.S. Congress. John Quincy Adams was kno
wn to
eloquently mediate disputes with his great intellect. He believed in the right t
o
petition. John Quincy Adams believes that abolitionists have a right to submit
petitions opposing slavery (with ending it and giving people rights who were peo
ple
of color). Some in Congress were angry and tried to gag John Quincy Adams. This
gag rule prevented Adams from reading any petitions regarding slavery on the flo
or
of the House. John Quincy Adams ultimately won the right for U.S. citizens to
petition the Congress. In his diary, however, Adams recorded instances in which
he
overheard Southern Congressmen discussing how it would be better for all concern
ed if
Adams were dead; he received death threats regularly from citizens who lived in
the
South. He was called "Old Man Eloquent." Frederick Douglass even in 1841 told an
audience that he heard of John Quincy Adams presenting petitions to the House fo
r the
abolition of slavery (when he was a slave). Douglass added that he had read the
speech

aloud to other slaves. He said that: "...`Waiters hear their masters talk at tab
le, cursing the
abolitionists, John Quincy Adams, etc.,'' he added; ``the masters imagine that t
heir poor
slaves are so ignorant they don't know the meaning of the language they are usin
g ''
Even back then, Frederick Douglass knew about John Quincy Adams' actions which g
ave
hope that one day they will be free.
The Armistad Case propelled John Quincy Adams' legacy into greater heights. It p
roved
the universal principle that justice should apply to all human beings (whether t
hey are
black white, young, old, male, female, of every background, slave or free back t
hen).

Quincy
Adams
found
that
the
people
captive
on
Amistad
weren't
slaves
according
to
U.S.
and
international
law.
The
director
Steven
Spielberg
made
a
movie
about
the
incident
called
"Armistad."
The event was about 2 Cubans named
Ruiz and Montez illegally kidnapping Africans from the Tecora ship. The Cubans w
anted
to use the people kidnapped as slaves. They wanted to transport them to the suga
r
plantations. 3 days in the voyage, the kidnapped victims, led by Joseph Sinque o
r Singbe,
led a revolt to regain their freedom. They kept the owners of vessel alive, beca
use they
needed them to guide the ship back to Africa. Ruiz and Montez deceived the Afric
ans in

heading north (instead of sailing around the African coast). The ship was interc
epted off
the coast of Long Island by an U.S. Coast Guard vessel, which observed it. They
thought
that the slaves were pirates, so the U.S. Navy seized the vessel plus the Africa
ns were
imprisoned.
A trial was help in New Haven, Connecticut. The issue was about rights, who owne
d the
vessel, and what to do about piracy or the kidnapped Africans. The abolitionist
community went all out to defend the Africans including women and children. The
Africans sat in the prison for the entire time they awaited trial. Then, Preside
nt Van Buren
and his Secretary of State, named John Forstyh, wanted the Africans to be handed
over to
the Spanish government (if the court ruled in favor of the captives). This didn'
t occur
since van Buren was a lame duck President and the political climate wouldn't all
ow it.
The case was a victory for the Spanish government, but it wanted more claims. So
, it
went into the Supreme Court. On George Washington's birthday in February 22, 184
1
ironically, the Africans were still in prison and the case was in he Supreme Cou
rt of
America. John Quincy Adams followed the Amistad case intensively. He even wrote
a
letter to one of the abolitionist defense attorneys, Ellis Gray Loring. This let
ter was in
many New England newspapers. Parts
of
the
letter
described
the
point
that
the
suffering
or
plight
of
the
Amistad
captives:
"...claimed
from
the
humanity
of
a
civilized
nation
compassion:--it
claimed
from
the
brotherly
love

of
a
Christian
land
sympathy;--it
claimed
from
a
Republic
professing
reverence
for
the
rights
of
man,
justice....
Instead
they
were
seized,
jailed,
accused
of
piracy
and
murder.''
The
fact
that
they
had
attempted
to
free
themselves,
said
Adams,
meant
that
``They
were
not
slaves
but
Masters.''
The letter made
clear to Loring that Adams could be called on to aid in the defense of the Amist
ad
captives. John Quincy Adams' major argument to the U.S. Supreme Court began on
February 22, 1841 until March 1 of the same year. John Quincy Adams said that th
e
guarantee of the inalienable rights of man (or that these rights that God gives
unto man

can't be stripped by any man) superseded any other international treaties, legal
claims, or
political expediencies.
Adams began by pointing to the Declaration of Independence hanging on the wall o
f the
room where the Supreme Court met. He
noted,
` `I
know
of
no
other
law
that
reaches
the
case
of
my
clients,
but
the
law
of
Nature
and
of
Nature's
God
on
which
our
fathers
placed
our
own
national
existence.
The
circumstances
are
so
peculiar,
that
no
code
or
treaty
has
provided
for
such
a
case.
That
law,
in

its
application
to
my
clients,
I
trust
will
be
the
law
on
which
the
case
will
be
decided
by
this
Court,''
that is, as Adams was to explicitly say later, the case had to be

decided on the basis of universal natural law, and not on the basis of any other
legalistic
arguments. In
other
words,
John
Quincy
Adams
believed
in
Constans
et
perpetua
voluntas,
jus
SUUM
cuique
tribuendi.'
or
`The
constant
and
perpetual
will
to
secure
to
every
one
his
OWN
right
(in
Latin).
John Quincy Adams criticized
President van Buren for having sympathy with the Spanish government that was fil
led
with involvement in the slave trade and that shown antipathy toward black people
without
any consideration of promoting justice in a society. Therefore, Adams believes t
hat the
kidnapped Africans should return to Africa and that the rights of America as a s
overeign
nation should never be relinquished unto a foreign power like Spain. The trading
of
slaves from foreign nations into America ended by 1808. John Quincy Adams expres
sed
opposition to slavery as some of the Founders described the King of England's sl
avery
policy as a reason for the Declaration of Independence (although parts of it opp
osing the
King's slavery agenda was omitted from the Declaration of Independence).
Fundamentally, all humans have the right to liberty and life without being kidna
pped as
Adams stated the following:
"...government and despotism are synonymous words. I will not here
discuss the right or the rights of slavery, but I say that the doctrine of

Hobbes, that War is the natural state of man, has for ages been
exploded, as equally disclaimed and rejected by the philosopher and
the Christian. That it is utterly incompatible with any theory of human
rights, and especially with the rights which the Declaration of
Independence proclaims as self-evident truth. The moment you come,
to the Declaration of Independence, that every man has a right to life
and liberty, an inalienable right, this case is decided...." One of his
final statements to the Supreme Court was that: "...I can only ejaculate
a fervent petition to Heaven, that every member of [this Honorable
Court] may ... be received at the portals of the next with the approving
sentence--`Well done, good and faithful servant; enter thou into the joy
of the Lord '''

Now, John Quincy Adams' arguments won the day. The Amistad captives were returne

into Africa. The articulation of John Quincy Adams was genius in his support of
the
Amistad victims, his opposition to slavery, the support for the right to petitio
n the
government, and the belief in the individual right of all human beings (or that
there are
rights of the individual as an individual). He mainly loved the U.S. Constitutio
n and
became an inspirations for millions of people in the world. On February 21, 1848
, he had
a stroke, and was removed to an ante-room in the House. He died on February 23.
John
Quincy Adams was possibly the most intelligent President in U.S. history. He was
reading Shakespeare at age 10. He could write and speak Latin, Greek, French, Du
tch,
and Spanish. He graduated from Harvard University in 1787 second in his class, w
ith
high honors. John Quincy Adams had the respect of his peers. Hence, John Quincy
Adams legitimate belief completely made contributions in American society whose
benefits are ripen in our time in 2010. One part of real life is never to embrac
e obscene
materialism (where the value of life is defined of what we own per se or the con
sumption
of goods), it s how we respond to help our fellow human beings in order to improve
the
fundamental complications in our world. One example dealing with this point is t
he
widespread poverty in the world. So, tons of people are correct to point out the

causes
as
well.
He

perfect
as
he
promoted
the
General
Order
No.
11
which
during
the
Civil
War
banned
Jewish
people
from
the
Treasury
Department
and
other
Departments.

course
don t
agree
with
this
action,

but
Grant
elected
many
Jewish
people
in
his
administration
and
he
had
many
Jewish
friends.
Now,
Grant
won
the
1868
Presidential
election.
Grant
had
difficulty
with
the
Freemason
Andrew
Johnson,
because
he
was
a
Southern
Democrat
who
wanted
more
moderate
relations
with
the
South.
Grant
won
the
Presidency
in
1868
and
he
was
reelected
in
1872.
He
ended
his
term

of
the
Presidency
in
March
4,
1877.
His
major
achievement
was
the
enforcement
of
civil
rights
laws
to
try
to
protect
the
rights
of
African
Americans.
He
signed
the
Treaty
of
Washington
in
1871
and
the
Resumption
of
Specie
Act
in
1875. Now,
Reconstruction experienced terror campaigns by the Klan including paramilitary
organizations. against black Americans. He advanced human and civil rights. He h
elped
to pass the 15th Amendment that gave freeman the right the vote. It was ratified
in 1870
The Ku Klux Klan Act was passed to fight against racist terrorist what Grant cla
ssified as
night marauders. He wanted former slaves to acquire civil rights which citizenship
should carry with it. He passed voting rights bill in 1869 and 1871. He even sig
ned the
Civil Rights Act of 1875, which entitled equal treatment in public accommodation
s and

jury selection. The Klan died down, but paramilitary groups like the Red Shirts
(and the
White League) did terrorism in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Louisiana in
1874.
Grant created the Office of Solicitor General to aid the attorney general Amos T
.
Akerman and appointed Benjamin H. Bristow to the post. Both Akerman and Bristow
vigorously prosecuted Ku Klux Klan members in the early 1870s. Grant's commitmen
t to
African American civil rights was demonstrated by his address to Congress in 187
5 and
by his attempt to use the annexation of Santo Domingo (which was a nation) as le
verage
to force white supremacists to accept blacks as part of the Southern political p
olity. Grant
and Fish wanted Cuban independence and to end slavery without U.S. military
intervention or occupation. Ulysses
Grant
wanted
to
provide
justice
to
Native
Americans,
which
started
a reversal of
previous
government
polices.

The
president lobbied, not always successfully, to preserve Native American lands fr
om
encroachment by the westward advance of pioneers. Grant is known for opposing Se

The Black Codes came by the late 1800 s which restricted gun rights among African
Americans. Radical gun control have always had a racist history before. Under sl
avery
(even centuries ago), innocent black people have been disarmed. Examples include

that
states like Louisiana and Virginia banned even free black persons to own a gun d
uring the
1800 s. The 1866 Civil Rights Act gave black people the right to bear arms, but ma
ny
southern states still tried to disarm black people to own guns. Some of these la
ws in the
late 1800 s either banned certain guns or given license requirements to own guns.

protected
students
who
wanted
to
go
into
schools.

groups
was
created
in
Louisiana.
They
protected
civil
rights
workers.

protected
black
churches
and
other
people.
Many
of
them
were
veterans
from
the
Korean
War
and
WWII.
They
had
the
training
and
discipline
to
defend
themselves.
Similar
groups
existed
all
over

the
South.
The
Deacons
were
so
successful
that
even
Dr.
Martin
Luther
King
and
Floyd
McKissick
of
CORE
hired
the
Deacons
to
protect
protestors
in
the
1966
March
against
Fear
campaign.
The
laws
in
that
time
were
rewritten
in
the
1968
Gun
Control
Act.
This
was
done
in
the
midst
of
the
assassinations
of
MLK,
RFK,
and
JFK
plus
riots.

Its
overt
goal
was
to
regulate
gun
purchases.
Some
believe
that
the
covert
goal
of
this
law
was
to
control
the
black
population
in
how
they
defend
themselves.
For
example,
Robert
Sherill
wrote
in
his
book
entitled,
The
Saturday
Night
Special,
that
The
Gun
Control
Act
of
1968
was
passed
not
to
control
guns
but
to
control
blacks,
and
inasmuch

as
a
majority
of
Congress
did
not
want
to
do
the
former
but
were
ashamed
to
show
that
their
goal
was
the
latter,
the
result
was
that
they
did

neither.
Indeed,
this
law
,
the
first
gun
control
law
passed
by
Congress
in
thirty
years,
was
one
of
the
grand
jokes
of
our
time

from
Connecticut

it

used

language
to
give
the
police

power

harder

own

crime

suburbs.

Control
historically
haven t
worked
to
reduce
crime
radically

Historically,
guns

hands
of
law
abiding
citizens
have
lowered
crime.
This has been exposed by many people like Ralph W. Conner (who
is the Chairman of CORE Chicago. CORE stands for the Congress of Racial
Equality) and Donna Major. Donna is the Boston Field Coordinator of the Second
Amendment Sisters. Criminals don t care about laws, even when innocent gun laws
sometimes have more difficulty to own a gun than criminals. A lot of crime going
on in

inner cities are related to the Drug War, the nacro-economy, and the black marke
t of
illegal drugs. This caused thugs and criminals to enact violence and corruption.
Leaders
of the police regularly say that they alone are best to handle our guns. Yet, th
e Supreme
Court in DeShaney vs. Winnebago County in 1989 said that: ..the Constitution
does not impose a duty on the state and local governments to protect the citizen
s
from criminal harm Many gun control advocates are hypocrites. Sarah Brady (the
wife of James Brady) brought his son a high powered rifle when she supported the
Brady
bill of 1993. It s no secret that the current administration embraces a philosophy
that s
hostile to the individual right of any American citizen to bear arms.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is known as a liberty suppressor. Like the Nazis, authorit

arians
fear an armed people. California Governor Schwarzenegger have a scheme to force
all
law abiding gun owners in the state to submit data to be inserted in a database
when they
purchase ammunition. This policy is against the Constitution and the Bill of Rig
hts as
found in the 2nd Amendment. Arnold admitted in the documentary of Pumping Lion t
hat
he admired Adolf Hitler. The produce of the film George Butler, considers
Schwarzenegger a "flagrant outspoken admirer of Hitler." His father was a Nazi.
Butler said that he had seen Schwarzenegger playing Nazi marching songs from lon
g
playing records in his collection at home. He pretended to be an S.S. officer by
clicking
his heels, etc. according to Builter. Later, Arnold in 2003 had no choice but to
say that he
despises Hitler. He wore a belt buckle bearing the SS Totenkopf, which is a Nazi
SS
insignia. Michael Bloomberg and Arnold showed their hate for the Second Amendmen
t
when they appeared on the covert of Time Magazine on June 25, 2007. Schwarzenegg
er
proudly displayed the death s head buckle a few months ago at the CeBIT 2009 IT
conference in Hanover, Germany. His Nazi father was named Gustav. Gustav volunta
rily
applied to join the Nazi Party in 1938 when it was illegal in Austria. He applie
d to be
apart of the Sturmabteilung, the Nazi paramilitary wing, on May 1, 1939. He was
a
Hitler-worshiping brownshirt voluntarily. Arnold invited Austrian President Kurt
Waldheim to his wedding in 1986. This was after the former UN Secretary General
Waldheim fought in a German army commando accused of atrocities. Schwarzenegger'
s
AB 962 is against gun rights. Stephen P. Halbrook proves in his own words that:
