Heimlich a lawyer? How does one illegally
obtain public documents? Public documents by
nature are open to all the public-hence the
definition of the word public.
Nevertheless, Judge Hunter was not convicted
of obtaining public documents- that is what your
corrupt buddies have falsely reported and
repeated and will be sued for stating, including
you and this station for intentionally publishing
false information. Judge Hunter was falsely
convicted, by a fixed jury, of securing a public
contract for her brother who was hired by
Juvenile Court in 2007. It would be impossible
for her to secure a contract for his employment,
as she wasn't sworn in as Judge until 2012.
Clearly, Judge Hunter did not secure his
employment.
However, if you want to discuss nepotism, why
don't you strike an honest conversation about
all the sons and daughters, and other family
members, of judges working in juvenile court
and in the prosecutor's office, including Patrick
Dinkelacker's daughter.
While you are
attacking Judge Hunters family, let's discuss
yours. If Judge Hunters brother accused her
father, as yours did, of injecting HIV victims
with malaria, conducting experiments on
unsuspecting Africans, promoting genocide, I
would be the last person making false
accusations against an African-American
Judge. Did you know that at the time the Public
Defender sued Judge Hunter, John Williams,
according to Ohio Supreme Court public
records, had more cases late than her?
Did you know that most of the cases pending
before Judge Hunter were cases left behind by
other Judges and had been in juvenile court for

many years already late before she ever

became Judge? Check out a telling study
created by the Casey Foundation.
Why did the Public Defender sue the black
judge, but refused to sue the white judge with a
worse record or the white judges responsible

for those cases before Judge Hunter? That is

what racism is Phil-disparate treatment based
on race. If you want to attack corrupt Judges,
why don't you attack John Williams for taking
cases off of Judge Hunters docket, at the
prosecutor's request, to make rulings that the
prosecutors wanted. That's called judge
shopping and it is illegal. Why don't you attack
Lesley Ghiz for calling Judge Hunter in her
chambers and attempting to influence her in a
case involving a lawyer? Why don't you attack
Heather Russell for allegedly communicating
with jurors during Judge Hunters trial and
interfering with the jury verdict prior to release?
Judge Hunter is not a corrupt Judge-those
attempting to keep her from reforming the
system by implementing justice for all people
for the first time, regardless of race, are
corrupt. You and your law partner Mike Allen,
who is attempting to redeem his reputation for
allegedly forcing a prosecutors into
relationships with him and causing the county
to pay for it is corrupt. That's the hard truth!
