Student has asked to prepare business plan for high end pilgrim center/stay
center/place project at divine place ( like balaji, vaishnav devi, shirdi, Ajmer etc etc
where huge no of religious tourists visits )
(on commercially basis county club , club Mahindra are there but such centers /
clubs are not available at divine religious places )
Purpose of project will be , how this project can change or over come with existing
problem like unhygienic food, very rush , un security , no system , cheating by local
people , local travel issues etc etc .

is not required but good data , statistic , information in bullet pointes will help )

Step 1- creating Index page based on approval of index page, we can start writing
the project.
Mean while we can create questioners & we will send to student so he will collect
the data which we will use it for analysis.
Questioner 1- for religious tourists It should cover the collection of information on
what problem they face, what are their expectations, what they feel about such
project , how many times a year they visit, how much they spend , etc etc ( aprox
40 to 50 qsn ) . Student will collect data from 2000 people. He will feed the same in
exl sheet.
Questioner 2- For travel agents, hotel owners, travel companies who books tikes &
hotel rooms for pilgrims / tourists etc . ( 20 to 25 qsn )
Pay Rs. 1500/- Index page & Questioner writing (write index page & QSN very
carefully which will give us good input for project writing)
Pay for project writing Rs.12000/- ( 50% to start with & 50% after 250 pages )
