The UPLB Housing Office (UHO), through its Student Housing Division, welcomes you to UP Los Baos!
As you prepare your journey as college students in our magnificent campus, may we ask you to
prioritize your dormitory accommodation as the selection process is highly competitive.
The UHO manages ten student dormitories of UPLB which are located on campus. Six (6) of them can
accommodate New Freshmen (NF) students like you. A total of 579 female and 336 male NF students
can be accommodated in these dormitories.
These are the Mens Residence Hall and Forestry Residence Hall for FEMALE NEW FRESHMEN
students, and ATI Residence Hall, New Dorm and New Forestry Residence Hall for MALE NEW
FRESHMEN students. The ACCI Dorm which houses male graduate students may also be made
available to male NF Undergraduate students, but only after a week following the General Registration
to prioritize the application of new graduate students.
These slots are easily filled out so please send in your application requirements as soon as possible.
Only COMPLETE AND CORRECT APPLICATION DOCUMENTS will be evaluated.
The processing of your application is on a First-Come, First-Served basis. Kindly download the
necessary information regarding NF accommodation from our website, www.uho.uplb.edu.ph.
Once reserved, you will receive in your email address a confirmation of your reservation. We will also
post the results every Monday on UHO website as soon as application starts pouring in from February 1
to May 15, 2014.
However, if you are not accommodated, kindly fill out a Priority Listing form at the UHO to help your
accommodation once vacant beds become available. If you have questions, you may call us from
Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. only at (049) 536-3219.

Download and fill out the application form from www.uho.uplb.edu.ph. Provide pertinent information
legibly and accurately especially your email address and phone number/s. Attach supporting documents
and send to UHO ONLY. Our address is:

Documents sent elsewhere may not be received and will not be prioritized. Likewise, application with
incomplete and incorrect documents will not be accommodated.

The processing of your application is on a First-Come, First-Served basis. The selection process will be
done every Friday starting February 1 to May 15, 2014. Additional instructions on payment and check-in
will be provided in the email. Kindly reply promptly to these very important emails to secure your slots in
the dormitories.
Payments may be paid at the UHO office or sent through LBC or JRS (For Delivery Only). Once we
received your payments, we will also notify you through email.
Applicants living in nearby towns, such as Los Baos, Sta. Rosa, San Pablo, Sta. Cruz in Laguna and
Tanauan, Batangas, may also submit their applications as early as February 1, 2014. However, only very
limited slots are provided for these students.
