their brochures, they explain the
type of tour that you want to
take. For this reason, it is probably that you to take a professionally planned tour,
because you have the opportunity of choosing the brochure in which is specified
places, hotels, costs and services. In my opinion, I like going on organized tours.

Next month is Christmas. Perhaps, you can visit the Caribbean region. That place
like to me because there are many things as a reef and coral. Caribbean is famous
in Colombia country for its reef. There are three types: atalon reef, bar reef, and coral
reef. These are underwater structures, but some people do not take care them, and
it dislikes to me. Other thing that you should enjoy is to eat tropical foods such as
sea food, fish, lobster, and shrimp ceviche. Then, you can visit the San Felipe de
Barajas Castle. This Castle was built in 1953 and it was declared as a humanity
heritage in 1984. So, in this place you can buy many souvenirs for your family.

Before you can visit Caribbean region, you could visit Bogot city. Bogot is a big
city in which you will have the opportunity to choose food as ajiaco, and international
dishes such as French, Chinese and Peruvian food. Also, Bogot has a great variety
of tourist places. It is a young city with a combination of colonial buildings and
modern and contemporary places as buildings, bridge, parks, restaurants,
universities and libraries. The most place known is Candelaria Zone with several
museums, cultural sceneries and art exhibitions. For example, Plaza de Bolivar,
represents an antique style, in where you can find churches as Santa Clara, San
Francisco, San Ignacio and San Diego. All this, before mentioned are testimonies

about our native indigenous culture. Moreover, in the Religious Art Museum you can
see an exhibit of La Lechuga with 1.486 emeralds encrusted in gold. Also, there is
the National Museum, Casa del Florero and the Quinta de Bolivar. Then, numerous
art galleries are displayed in order to sell the works of both Colombian and
International artists.
In the other hand, Concerts are done in theater such as Theater Colon, Colsubsdio
Luis Angel Arango, and Leon de Greiff hall at the Universidad Nacional. They
present classical and modern styles. The principal groups include the Theater
Popular de Bogot, Theater Libre, Theater Nacional and the Candelaria. But in case
that you dont like theater, you can enjoy going to the Plaza de Toros Santamaria.
Also you can visit Corferias, in which people from other cities and countries show us
their knowledge about science and technology.
Finally, in Bogot city, you can visit the
Santuario de Monserrate. People from there,
like the tourism came to visit it. Monserrate
has a great beautiful pure air, an excellent
view of city, delicious food and spiritual
environment. Don forget, that you are
welcome to Bogot city. In the top of the hill,
you can find the Church, where are the lord
and the Blessed Virgin, a Black Virgin.

But also, you can visit an amazing place located 50 km, South of Providence in
Caribbean Sea, the weather is tropical wet, and dry, so you probably like it. The
inhabitants are kind and very friendly. They like
the tourists and they offer different dishes, but
the most typical is the rondon. It is made of
meat, fish, and red meat or pork. Sometimes you
combine two of these meats. It is a mix that
contain meat with pepper, hot pepper, nargan,

onion, sweet pepper, banana, and yucca. Most of people like this delicious food but
there are others that dont like because its flavor is not good. However you could
taste it, and possibly it will like you.
Other favorite dish is the chicken stew. It is a typical food of Colombia, but en in our
region it is considered the typical food when people go to swim to the River. They
like to go in big groups in order to spend a day close to the river and share with their
friends and family. That way, Vanessa is from Colombia and she is going to explain
step by step, how you prepare this delicious dish. Pay attention and take note: you
will need the follow: 4 hams creole chicken leg, 1 cassava, 1 green banana, salt,
pepper and garlic to taste, 8 potatoes, 1 arracacha and herbs and spices.

In San Andres there are many touristic

places to visit, such as Morgan Cave,
Island house, Baptist church, the Pig
pond, the Blow hole and Johnny Cay. In
which you find interesting things to do and
see, also you can take photos and buy
some souvenirs to remember the great
experience in this place. Besides, candies
and liqueur have prices cheaper and they are good detail to give your friends and
family.
Moreover, you can do different activities. If you like the sea, you can swim, practice
diving, jet skiing and wind surfing. But if you like something most calm or less
dangerous, you can walk around the city or do an island tour on motorbike or golfcar or simply stay at hotel swimming, taking a relax and eating the delicious snacks
and food that they offer you.

Besides, you have the opportunity to choose between two hotels. The first hotel
called Half Moon Hotel offers comfortable room with view to the sea. But also,

Dorado Beach Resort offers Wi-Fi

service, and allow you carry on
your lovely pet. Moreover it offers
you Jacuzzi pool, and plays like
volleyball and soccer on the beach.
Although I love swimming Jacuzzi
pool, I am interested in room with
view to the sea.

About the costs, it is important that you know the tour costs at the beginning. Maybe
you must pay taxes and administration costs. Really, I hate paying high costs when
the service is not good.

In the other hand, the brochure explain to you about general company information,
marketing and advertising. Besides, Brochure is a useful marketing aid that allow
you to obtain good information about the tourism. In fact brochure also specified the
different services that you can obtain as a medical attention. Thus, they recommend
do not eat dangerous food or excess alcohol in order to avoid problems like
intoxication, and loss of objects.

To sum up, I am found of travelling and I suggest that the best way for travel is
through Tourism Company which offers several types of brochure and you can
choose that you can take.
