RE: First Amendment right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances without fear of
Punishment or Reprisal Hearing dedicated to Minnesotans giving testimony and evidence of
systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary before Any and All House and Senate Judiciary
Committees .
Hello:
More than 10 years have passed since a loose coalition of individuals and groups that I will now
refer to as the Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) Movement, asked
committees from the Minnesota House and the Senate charged with overseeing the Minnesota
Judiciary to hold hearings. Hearings dedicated to receiving evidence and testimony of corruption
in the Minnesota Judiciary. I remind you once again that this is an unalienable Natural Right
reduced to writing in First Amendment of the US Constitution.
I once again request said hearing, as a manner of documenting WE THE PEOPLE suffering a long
train of abuses and exhausting our peaceful remedies(pursuant to Natural Law and the
Declaration of Independence). In the past, you have been so arrogant as to not even respond to
my annual requests and/or the annual requests of others for this hearing.
In fact, in the past year I have been made aware of specific unconstitutional and unlawful acts of
punishment and retaliation against me for daring to be seen as one of the leaders of the Judicial
TAR movement daring to try to exercise our Unalienable Natural Right to Petition the Government
for Redress of Grievances as reduced to writing in the First Amendment. You have directed
and/or authorized various Minnesota Government personnel, Judges and Law Enforcement to
engage in an FBI COINTELPRO style operation against me. An operation to demonize, discredit
and marginalize me as a leader of Political Dissent by fabricating false negative allegations and
rumors against me. You have succeeded in destroying my business, my life and my health, and
apparently laugh about it behind closed doors in a manner only those with a Gruber Masses too
stupid mindset can appreciate(and make vague references to it to my face) . I further call upon
you to also immediately stop and redress your illegal and unconstitutional retaliatory and
punitive COINTELPRO operation against me for attempting to exercise my unalienable Natural
Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances as reduced to writing in the First
Amendment.
Please advise promptly
