Pre-Event: What to Bring

- Formal Attire (button down shirt and tie, slacks, jacket; it may be warm, so you can wear)
- Poolside Attire; Bathing Suit (tell your date to bring one as well)
- A change of clothes for the day youll be there
- Your own snacks and drinks (BYOB; you may be able to order fridges to your room)
- A phone charger and personal items, maybe a blanket
- Extra cash for meals (and whatever else you desire)
- Sandals and flip flops and sunscreen

2:00pm: Driving to the Event

- Hotel Address: 1800 E. Palm Canyon Dr. Palm Springs, CA 92264
- Recommend leaving Irvine any time after 2:00pm on Friday May 15th
- The hotel is about 1 hour 45 minutes (without traffic) from UCI
- Be sure that you dont take a toll road by accident when doing directions (unless you want
to use a toll road to make the route quicker)
- I recommend leaving AFTER the rain dies down to avoid large traffic jam and bad drivers
- Parking is free for you as a guest as a part of our group package. It may require you to
have a room key, but you should not have issues with parking there as its included in the
deal. BE SURE TO GET A PARKING PASS TO AVOID TICKETS!

4:00pm: Checking In at the Hotel

- Normal check-in time is 4:00pm. You may get lucky and your room will be ready upon
arrival, but dont count on it. Be sure to have your person over 21 ready to check in for
your room.
- When checking in, it is recommended that the only person that checks in is the person
that paid for the room, plus the additional brother in the room so that you can get your
room keys. Have the other people in your car chill elsewhere.
- If you arrive too early before the room is ready, talk to the front desk about holding onto
your bags, and get your swim suits and drinks and well go to the pool.

4:00pm-7:00pm: Once Youve Checked In / Settled In To Your Rooms

- Outdoor Pool: Olympic sized pool, two hot tubs and lounge seating
- Shuttle Service: Shuttle services may be provided to go to the Downtown area
- Costco: The closest Costco is in Palm Desert, or around 9 miles away.
- Food options (walking distance): Native Foods Caf, Teriyaki Yogi, Smokin Burgers &
Lounge, Giuseppes Pizza and Pasta, Smoke Tree BBQ Bar & Grill, Pho 533, Elmers
Restaurant, Twin Palms Bistro & Lounge, YELP IS YOUR FRIEND


- Get your PARTY WITH JEWS tank from Silver whenever you can (and once he is there!)

7:00pm 10:00pm: Dinner Time & Postgame

- Recommended to get dinner at this time. Take your date with the group to a cool
restaurant.
- Stay tuned to the GROUPME to see if we decide on a common place to grub at
- After you get food, come back and lets drink it up for the evening!

10:00am: Wake Up Sunshine!

- Wake the fuck up. Your date wants to do something!
- If you havent gotten your PARTY WITH JEWS tank yet, now is the time to get one!
- There are many activities to do around the area. You can take the shuttle to go to the
downtown area and stroll around.
- There is also an ATV setup that you may be interested in. Jordan Elcott has details on this
and can give you information. I believe it is around $40 a person to go ATVing.
- Morning drinking helps cure potential hangovers

12:00pm 1:30pm: Get Lunch

- See the restaurant list above, or just ask the concierge for recommendations on places to
eat, or get some food before the trip so you always have a place to eat (your room)

2:00pm 6:00pm: Pool Time!

- Come chill by the pool and relax (day drink!)
- Well be taking a group shot around 4pm, so be sure to be at the pool at that time!

6:30pm 7:30pm: Getting prepared for the Banquet/Dinner

- Please get back up to your rooms and start getting ready with your dates for the banquet
at 6:30pm or so.
- You are welcome to pregame the banquet, but dont overdo it (you want to be able to
last the rest of the night and not be a light weight)
- Take photos with your date at this time, and in good locations. The sun will be setting
around 7:30 or so, and you want to have some good shit to show for it.
- Leave to the restaurant no later than 7:45pm.
- You will take an Uber with your roommate to the banquet. At the end of formal, you will
send a screenshot of your receipt to and from the banquet to Ariel Barnoy, and he will
reimburse you the costs.

8:00pm 10:00pm: 28th Annual Craig Miller Banquet Dinner

Where: AlibiAzul
Located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, this 2-story dining and entertainment
venue has become one of the most popular destinations in Palm Springs. Dine in our
relaxed and comfortable dining room with dark woods and intimate lighting, or al fresco on
the Best Outdoor Patio on the Strip, complete with the signature glider booths and
climate control elements that make it the perfect temperature all year long.

Attire: Formal/Black Tie Optional
Food: Buffet style finger foods
Drinks: Cash bar and free soft drinks (use em as chasers!)
Formal awards: Awards will be announced and given to those brothers deserving of the
honor.
Dancing: Full dance floor with speakers and music, which will be provided by the sexiest DJ
alive Aaron Rafael. We'll dance the night away until you pass out from exhaustion
or...other things.

10:00pm 12:00am: Post-Banquet Return to Hotel and Frat It Up

- We will go back to the hotel, change out of our formal attire, and roll through to a
designated room (to be announced through GROUPME) and do activities. You are also
encouraged to do activities in your suites as well J

12:00am 8:00am: Your Destiny is in Your Own Hands

- Be safe in the wee hours of the evening.

8:00am 11:00am: Wake the FUCK UP

- I recommend setting an alarm before you commence any activities the night before so that
you get up on time. Check out is your own responsibility.
- You are welcome to leave at any time, but please make sure that you leave with the same
people that were in your car driving down.
- If for some reason you are switching passengers, you must ensure the person switching
knows about which car they should move to.
