Construction LTD represents Rustavi metalwork construction

plant manufacturing steel constructions of any kind and
complexity. It was founded by physical entities. The factory
has an area of 5.5 hectares. Out of this land industrial
building occupies 2,7 hectares. The plant has 35 year history.
There have been manufactured 700000 tones of welded steel
constructions. For the time being, the plant uses both modern
and traditional technologies, has highly qualified and
experienced engineer technical personnel to produce high
quality welded steel constructions applying automatic and
semi-automatic welding techniques. Construction LTD has
established long-term business cooperation with leading
steel suppliers in Ukraine, China, Turkey, Kazakhstan.
Furthermore, the company collaborates with primary
European firms in the field of modern equipment and
materials. Construction LTD has trade representatives in
Turkey (Istanbul, Rize) and Austria (Vienna).

The initial mission of Construction LTD was to provide southern part of Russia and Caucasus region countries (Armenia,
Azerbaijan) with structural steel for both - industrial as well as civil construction. Nowadays, our production capacity
enables us to restore our original assignment using the logistic advantages such as railway , motorway etc.

In case of making re-equipment, plants annual

MIG-MAG Welding
Mill has a modern equipment for automatic (SAW)
and semi-automatic (Mig/Mag) welding. Any kind
of welding operations can be performed using
certified welders.

LABORATORY

Factory has a high class and advanced laboratory

enabling the plant to check the production quality .
Correspondingly, competent personnel can make
ultrasonic checking of welded steel constructions and
welded joints using the modern digital laboratory devices
at both factory and erections sites, based on which,
company issues test reports together with structural steel
quality certificate.

Tbilisi railway bypass project

Georgian Railway LLC has launched the

Tbilisi Railway Bypass Project for developing a
new railway route that will bypass the central
area of the city of Tbilisi.
By moving certain railway infrastructure
components from the centre of Tbilisi to the
northern part of the city, freight and passenger
trains will no longer transit through central
Tbilisi. The Municipality of Tbilisi believes that
this project will provide a number of benefits,
including helping to alleviate future
environmental and safety concerns and,
because the move will make available
commercially valuable land in central Tbilisi,
fostering economic improvements and job
growth in the city. Construction LTD was
actively involved in mentioned project,
company has delivered 6 units of railway steel
bridges with all related components.

Construction LTD established brand new industrial line in Georgia, company mutually with famous
European vendors such as: Siemens, Schneider electrics, Kumsan vinc, Guralp vinc, started producing of
Industrial cranes. Construction LTD has already launched 160 tones overhead crane for assembling TBM
On Mtkvari HPP and 32 MT overhead crane for Gudauri HPP.

In 2007 there was established a long -term partnership with Pemat Georgia LLC, to be more precise
Pemat GmbH official representative in Georgia. Since then several batching plants have been handed
to Heidelberg Beton. Currently ,we can produce and offer batching plants of various design,
as well as production with relevant prices.
