HSE POLICY

Arhams HSE policy is to conduct business in a manner that protects people, assets, intellectual
property, and the environment. This commitment is facilitated through a management system for
Health, Safety & Environment that promotes:

Clear objectives and responsibilities for Health, Safety & Environment performance
across all levels of the Company.

Measurable goals and plans for continual improvement aimed at zero incidents.
On integrating HSE in all business processes.
Identification and effective management of Health, Safety & Environment.
Providing appropriate training, supervision, information and resources to all employees
and contractors to enable our objectives to be achieved.
A culture where Stop Work is an individual obligation and a company responsibility.
Monitor of our performance with reviews and audits to ensure that our controls are
effective and objectives are being achieved.
Understanding of crisis alert levels, response plans, and the crisis management process.
Allocation of appropriate resources to implement this policy.

HSE Management System Overview


The Arhams Health, Safety & Environment Management System (HSE MS) establishes the
companys procedures and practices for addressing significant health & safety hazards &
environmental impacts associated with its activities. It applies throughout within the organization
and incorporates opportunities for continual improvement.
