Lighting is electricity generated. Sharps and matches are easily accessible to children
and same as with soft drink bottles but medicines are well kept.
B. Kitchen
They use gas stove in cooking. And they have an open drainage.
C. Water Supply
Uses a public Piped System at a distance of 5 meters from the house. The
collection containers are covered and the water storage which is the pitcher is also
well covered.
D. Waste disposal
They have their own toilet at the back of their house and is a flush type.
Though the comfort room is a bit small and the garbage sack is just located near it.
The sack is not tied and disposes only when it's full. A truck for garbage collects it.
E. Domestic Animals:
They have one dog (unvaccinated) which is always tied outside the house and
three chickens inside the chicken coops.
F. The Community in General
Located in an urban residential community and is accessible to transportation,
church, school, malls, health agency except for the market. Houses are congested
and no recreational facilities. Though the health center is near but they have their
family friend private doctor but rarely visits too. At a distance of approximately 500
meters. The community is peaceful as they described it. The child of the family is the
only person using the community services especially on the free immunization but
after being fully immunized they rarely use it.
