Please find attached our rate quote for this ocean shipment of Suncream to Cat Lai Port. I estimated the
pieces and weight as 4 pallets @ 48 x 40 x 48 and 1,100 lbs. each. The quote is based on these
assumptions, so the final rate could vary depending on actual pieces and weight. Also, please consider
that destination charges are not included. In addition, this quote is for service from Atlanta, which is
very close to Savannah.

Dear Anna,
We have encountered the same problem with the above-referenced AWB the consignee address
information was not entered correctly in AMS. As a result, we have received another rejection on the
Customs Entry for this shipment.
As per correspondence below with Korean Air here in Miami, the agent for Korean Air confirmed the
address was entered incorrectly (missing street address) and then he made the necessary change to the
address as per my instructions. Please check on the cause of this issue on your end to avoid future
delays and rejections. In this case, we are going to incur a storage fee of $50 for the delay.

Dear Anna,
Please be advised, this shipment was delivered to the original address (in Sarasota) as indicated on the
attached invoice and HAWB. I had advised the delivering trucker of the change, but the shipment had
already been picked up when you asked me to deliver to the Tampa address. Whoever I spoke to when
I called the trucker didnt make the necessary change.

Do you want me to have the shipment picked up from Sarasota address to deliver to Tampa address? I
spoke to the trucker today that delivered to the wrong address and they can pick up from Sarasota
tomorrow and deliver to Tampa. Please let me know.
I also spoke to the contact at the Sarasota location of L-3, Janet Longwell, to explain what had
happened, and she didnt understand why the shipments should be picked up since she was expecting
them. According to her, she should have received them said it didnt make sense to send to Tampa. I
will find the other POD you are requesting and send to you asap.

Dear Alice and May,
Were you able to find any contact information for who I need to call to handle this shipment for
Vietnam Airlines? I contacted the Vietnam Airlines office in San Francisco, but they werent able to
help me. I think they were more related to passenger flights, not cargo. They gave me a number of a
company called Southern Star Services that was supposed to help me but they wouldnt answer the
phone.
My concern is that this shipment will incur storage charges if we cant get in touch with the agent here
very soon. Please let me know if you have obtained any further details of the airlines agent here in
Miami. Nobody has contacted me.
