Center for Indonesian Medical Students Activities or medical student Activity
Center of Indonesia is a non-government, non-profit and neutral movement in
terms of health, education and the humanities. This organization is a part of
the parent organization of medical students of the world, the International
Federation of Medical Students Association (IFMSA).

Objectives
The objectives of October Meeting is to provide a fun-filled experience to
medical students, whereby the meeting will be discussing about CIMSA
working plan for the whole year. We will also introduce our local foods,
culture, and traditional dance from Indonesia. This event will be held for four
days. The October Meeting is held to enhance the relationship between
CIMSA members and to improve our range of working connections.

The event aims to:

To promote Jakartas culture such as its foods, traditional dances and
traditional clothes.
To raise awareness about our beloved country, Indonesia.
To share many different kinds of experience from locals.
To develop CIMSA members to contribute in Indonesian health programs,
educate medical students, and research exchange with Indonesia as a region
with other regions also the application from this event will be applied in
national and international events that will contribute to people and even more
to medical students to think more about current health topics .

Event
October Meeting is a non-profit event and all proceeds will be used to support
the running of said event. Therefore, we require corporate sponsorships to
make this event a success.

Publicity
Sponsors will receive free publicity within the campus and prior / during the
event that would bring in much exposure to your company and interns bring in
revenues. With our huge student base of over 400, aged 16-23, 350
participants, all of whom are representatives from CIMSA member
universities, and doctors from UPH and Siloam Hospital, we will be able to
ensure your company the publicity you require of us. Also, by supporting
local youth and undergraduate activities, it will provide a positive image for
your organization and also reaffirm its commitment to the welfare and
development of the community.

1. All sponsorships are agreed upon by the two parties by signing a contract on a seal
stamp valued as IDR 6,000.00 (six-thousand rupiahs).
2. Method of payment is as follows:
a. First payment = 50% minimum of the total sponsorship fees, must be paid in 3
(three) days at the latest after the contract is signed.
b. Second payment = the remaining of total sponsorhip fees, must be paid in before 5th
September 2012.
3. The completion of payment is done through transfer to the following bank account:

4. The completion of payment is considered valid with following conditions:

a. The committee has received the donation in cash.
b. The participant has shown the original reciept of settlement.
5. Different form of sponsorship offered by the company, an institution or an individual can
be discussed further by both parties.
6. Cancellation by one party may be done within 2 (two) weeks before the starting date of
the event by paying a penalty fee 50% of the sponsorhip fees upon which has been
agreed.
7. Other matters that have not been decided will be decided later.
