Student can substitute their term paper by project report, report based on HR practices in an industry. Report must be formed on the basis of primary data
collected by the students by using questionnaire or employee interviews. If student uses questionnaire then it should be approved by the concerned faculty.
Student can also use pictures and video clips.
Student can take the interview of employees for which the conversation can be recorded through mobiles phones and other modes which adds to the
authenticity of the report submitted.
They can choose any organization of different sector and can study the HR practices to make HR plans as mentioned below.
