Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management

1 year experience as Executive in Human Resources in a 5* resort
Strong Communication skills in English ( both written and oral)
Knowledge of local language would be an advantage
Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach
Strong leadership quality and ability to deliver results under pressure
Excellent knowledge of Maldivian Labour law
Experience in HR fusion will be an advantage

Assistant Manager Training

Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager the candidate will be required to Develop and deliver training program in line with business needs and ensure it is aligned with the
identified training needs of the employees
Monitor feedback from employees regarding the effectiveness of sessions offered
Recommend solutions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Conduct analysis to determine training needs.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs
Identify high potential associates and implement development plans for them.
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources of relevant discipline

Minimum 1 year experience in the same position in a five star resort.
Fluent in English and an excellent communicator
An outgoing, pleasant personality, a team player
Good computer skills
