1. eTicketscanbebookedupto4hourspriortodeparturetimeofthebusfromorginatingstationoftheroute.
2.

CustomerwillonlygettheeTicketwhenthetransactionhasbeendonecompletely.ForanyincompletetransactionHRTCwillnotbe
responsible.

3. PassengerswhofailtoBoardtheBusattheSourceStationmentionedintheeTickethavenorighttoclaimrefundsinsuchcases.
4. Claimsforrefundsorextensionsinthecaseofreducedordivertedserviceswillnotbeentertained.
5. eTicketsarenottransferableanddonotconferanypriorityupontheholderovergeniunepassenger.
6. Ticketswhichareloaned,lostorstolenwillnotbereplaced.
7. HRTChasfullrightstochangeBusfares/BusDepartureTime/cancellationrulesanytimeDependingontheRulesandRegulations.
InCaseofCancelingtheTicket:

Anamountof10%offarewillbedeductedincasethecancellationofeticketsisupto12hourspriortothedeparturetimeofthebus
(fromorginatingstationoftheroute).

2.

Anamountof25%offarewillbedeductedincasethecancellationofeticketsiswithin4to12hourspriortothedeparturetimeofthe
bus(fromorginatingstationoftheroute).Afterthisnocancellationisallowed.

TheeTicketscanonlybecancelledbytheUserhimselfupto4hourspriortotheDepartureTimeofthebus(fromtheorginating

DepartureTimefromRampur(OrginatingStationoftheRoute)andnotfromShimla(SourceStationofthePassengereTicket).This
eTicketcanbecancelledbytheuserhimselfupto1:00PM.NocancellationwillbeallowedforthiseTicketafter1:00PMthroughany
mode.NoEmailrequestwillbeentertainedforcancellationoftickets.
