How does it work?

Shop for products on Jabong (website and mobile app).

Once you click 'Place Order' in the cart, the 'Secure Payment' page will open. You'll need to proceed
stepwise from verifying your email details and shipping address through a review of your Order Summary
and finally proceed to the 'Payment Options' stage.

Select Credit Card option.

Provide your Citibank N.A. (Citibank) Credit Card details. 15% cash back amount will be calculated and
will be credited in your card statement by 31st August 2015 on best effort basis (Offer). The timeline
provided for effecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of

of your card for any further details.

Citibank Terms and Conditions:

Every Citibank credit card member (Customer/ Card member) (except Citibank Corporate Card, Citibank
Diners Card and ING White Label Credit Card) may avail the Offer during the Term.

Offer Duration: 00:00 hrs on 10th June 2015 to 23:59 hrs on 14th June 2015.

Customers would be able to avail maximum cash back of Rs 1,000 per/- transaction.

Maximum cash back of Rs 2000 per card member (primary & add-on) can be availed during the Offer term.

This Offer is only available for Citibank credit cards issued in India.

The Cashback amount will be calculated on the transaction value net of any refunds.

The Offer is valid only if the Citibank credit card holders card account continues to be in good standing and
payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.

This Offer is brought by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period

Citibank is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services
and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/utilised by the Card members
under this offer. Any disputes with regard to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the
merchant/service establishment directly. Citibank shall have no liability whatsoever with regard to the same.
Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Card member to Citibank shall be forwarded to the
participating establishment who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes
within reasonable time.

Citibank shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of
any goods or services availed by Card member under this offer. Citibank reserves its absolute right to
withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

Nothing expressed or implied in the programme shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and
conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.

Citibank reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Citibank also reserves the

conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or

The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules
and regulations governing the use of the Citibank Credit Card and/or the Citibank websites as stated above.
Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of credit
cards by the Customer under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions
and the Cardmember Agreement.

A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and
unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein. The above terms and conditions need to be read
in conjunction with the Citibank Cardmember Agreement. Customer can view the Citibank Cardmember

The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other
person/customer.

If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or
delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but
not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures,
floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes
of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank
and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not
be liable for any consequences.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in
connection with this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of
Delhi only.
