Human Resources Manager, Oncure Medical Corp, 02/08-09/09. Managed HR team for 500+
employees, located in 37 free-standing radiation oncology facilities across 4 states. Key player in
downsizing and ultimate closure of CA corporate office and subsequent relocation to CO. Managed
company-wide compensation project, working with executive management to build a compensation
philosophy, closely reviewed each position and created/updated all job descriptions, analyzed
market data, benchmarked key positions, designed compensation structure, completed a gap
analysis for the implementation of new pay structures. Designed, developed and rolled out new
performance management system. Administered pay increases on a common review date, resulting
form performance management system. Successfully created and delivered multiple, 2-day on-site
management training for over 120 managers. Working with General Counsel, wrote, edited and
designed team member handbooks including a California specific handbook. Provided expert
employee relations and training support.

Human Resources Consultant, Peliton, LLC 04/04-04/08. Managed HR team members and
consulted with Peliton’s 200+ local and national business clients, offering HR services including
customized handbooks, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance assistance and
management training. Assisted in the transition of open enrollment from a manual, paper process to
a streamlined electronic system for 2,000 employees. Created over 30 detailed processes for all
Human Resources functions including background checks, unemployment administration, leaves of
absence, payroll delivery and labor law poster updates. Managed unemployment process for over
125 SUTA accounts, reducing the company unemployment tax rate significantly. Negotiated
contracts and obtained new vendors for unemployment administration, background checks, pre/post
employment alcohol/drug screening and labor law posters. Completed gap analysis for clients and

Human Resources Generalist, Just In Time Staffing (City of Centennial), 02/03-04/04.


Worked with the City of Centennial City Manager and Deputy City Manager to develop an
organizational structure for this newly incorporated City. Managed recruitment of key positions.

Human Resources Generalist, Pulte Homes Corporation, 05/01-01/03. Acted as interim


Director of Human Resources for Pulte Mortgage, reporting directly to the corporate Director of
Human Resources for Pulte Homes. Worked closely with senior management to ensure compliance
of all company policies and procedures, as well as federal/state laws and regulations. Implemented
benefits open enrollment programs, ensuring all team members were properly educated on benefit
options, resulting in 100% enrollment for the upcoming plan year.

Employee Relations Specialist, ICG Communications, Inc., 03/98-02/01. Worked closely with
senior management to deliver effective employee relations to this telecommunication company of
3,200 employees, offering communication services to ISPs and business/carrier customers across
the United States. Developed, implemented and managed electronic exit interview process,
reducing time spent on exit interviews by 50%, providing a multi-functional reporting system for
attrition data. Eliminated over 350 positions and closed multiple field locations, without disruption of
retained workforce. Organized over 3000 employee files to meet document retention requirements,
including HIPAA. Managed and completed I-9 project, auditing and administering the correction of
over 3000 I-9s per INS (currently USCIS) requirements, which resulted in no fines in a post project
OFCCP audit.
