PSYCHOPEDAGOGY MODULE OPTIONAL

COURSES OFFERED BY THE TEACHER TRAINING DEPARTMENT (TTD)

Information on the programme:


Any student wishing to teach in Romanian secondary, post-secondary and higher education
institutions must enrol in and graduate one or both of the following modules, according to the
Romanian legislation in the field. Undergraduate students wishing to teach in secondary schools
(compulsory education) must choose the first module and acquire 30 ECTS credits minimum during
their B.A./B.Sc. Programme. Bachelors Degree holders wishing to teach in post-secondary and higher
education institutions must graduate the first module and then choose the second module and acquire
30 ECTS credits minimum.

Graduates of Bachelors Degree Programmes, with two study majors (e.g. French-English),
must graduate the first module and acquire 35 ECTS credits minimum.
Final examination: teaching portfolio (a package of documents that prove the graduates
teaching skills). The portfolio will be prepared and presented before an Examination
Committee. 5 ECTS credits are allocated for the final examination.
Erasmus students can choose one or several courses offered by the Teacher Training
Department, provided that the courses are recognized at the home university. Courses are in
Romanian but tutoring is available in English or French, depending on the course.
