Activity 1: BRAINSTORMING

Aim : To introduce the topic. / To motivate pupils to learn more about the topic.

The teacher asks students questions about what they know or not about living things and
write new words related to it on the board.

SESSION 2

Activity 1: Video 2 ( Differences living / non living things )

Aim : To understand vocabulary and content / To differentiate living / non living things.

Activity 2: Communication activity (ANNEX 1= ANDAMIAJE)

Aim : To work together / To practice vocabulary and structures / To enumerate words about living things
/ To differentiate living - non living things.

Grouping: Pair work.

Skills: Reading and Speaking

The teacher encourages students to speak with his/her partner about: animals, parts of
animals body and actions done by animals. Pupils try to explain the differences between living things
and non-living things using the structures and the pictures that appear on the sheet (Andamiaje)

SESSION 3

Activity 1: WORKSHEET A (based on a PDF with the main word and structures)

Aim : To consolidate the main word and structures / To practice with vocabulary and structures

Aim : To understand and analyze / To deepen and investigate / To develop and produce

The teacher presents and explains how to make minibook that appears on the link
(Lesson 2; pages: 11, 12, 13, 14) and distributes the necessary materials.
