Please Read the Terms and Conditions Below Carefully:
1.

Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp) reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the services provided on the online
portal at any time without giving prior notice or reasons(s).

2.

TalentCorp may reject a Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) application without providing a reason(s).

3.

TalentCorp may withdraw or revoke any approval(s) that has/have been given in-principle at any time without giving prior notice
or reason(s).

4.

Incomplete or improperly completed RP-T application will be rejected.

5.

TalentCorp may request for additional information, interview, site visit, certification and/or verification of any information
declared on the RP-T application from the applicant. Failure to provide such information will result in the rejection of the RP-T
application, or withdrawal of the approval.

6.

Any person who makes any false statement(s) to Government Agencies is liable to be prosecuted.

7.

There shall be no refund of fees paid for the application of RP-T. Any such request for refund shall be at the discretion of the
TalentCorp.

8.

TalentCorp shall not be liable for any losses, damage or costs incurred by any person arising and related to an application, the
issuance or withdrawal of any in principle approval, or arising from the use of the online portal.
