position at the Community Action Partnership of Kern WIC
program as the Regional Breastfeeding Liaison for Kings,
Kern, and Tulare Counties. During her time at WIC, she completed the UCSD Extension program where she earned the title
of Certified Lactation Educator/Counselor (CLEC). Her position as the Regional Breastfeeding Liaison allows her to educate healthcare professionals on the importance of breastfeeding as well as providing breastfeeding support to their patients.
