Solution Architect
Position Summary
Reporting to the Group Vice President of Sales, the Solution Architect will work with prospective Bluelock
customers (in conjunction with a sales representative) to bring a technical perspective to assess the prospects
interest, to determine their business and technical needs, and, if appropriate, to design and recommend
Bluelock solutions that serve the customers needs to achieve Bluelocks revenue objectives and long-term client
satisfaction objectives. The Solution Architect will ensure an effective hand-off to the transition and service
delivery teams.

Represent client needs to Product Management
Participate in process improvement and roll-out projects
Present at and participate in events, conferences and on-line forums (10% of time dedicated here).
Actively participate in creation, maintenance and population of sales knowledge base (Melville) (10% of time
dedicated here).
All other duties as assigned.
