25 Anniversary
Today We become the fourth Pope in history to celebrate his 25 th anniversary as Vicar of
Jesus Christ. Saint Peter reigned about thirty five years. The great Pope Pius IX, who some
think was the Great Pope to reign with the Great Monarch, reigned a little over thirty-one and a
half years. 1 He was followed by Pope Leo XIII who reigned almost twenty-five and a half
years. Pope Pius VI reigned at the close of the 18th century for twenty-four and a half years. He
was followed by Pope Pius VII, who reigned about twenty-three and a half years?
Why has God provided such long papal reigns over the last two and a half centuries?
Five of the seven longest papal reigns have occurred in this time period? This time period has
also seen a huge battle between the forces of good and The Enemy, culminating with the reign of
Antichrist, which began a little over a half century ago. The Church has appeared to be fighting
a losing battle all of this time, and has suffered the loss of first her material possessions and then
even of many of her spiritual possessions in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
Jesus knew this time would come, when He prophesied: And unless those days had been
shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened. 2
Many prophecies speak of this crisis and this persecution, and yet many do not even realize there
is a crisis or a persecution. Saint Paul warned Timothy of these times: For there shall be a time,
when they will not endure sound doctrine; but, according to their own desires, they will heap to
themselves teachers, having itching ears: And will indeed turn away their hearing from the truth,
but will be turned unto fables. 3

Persecution of Antichrist
Antichrist was placed into power by a system, the System of Antichrist. This system is
run ultimately by The Enemy, Lucifer, the Father of Lies. He is aided by the rest of the devils
and by many people who place themselves, knowing or unknowingly in his perfidious service.
When we think of persecution, we think of a bloody persecution with valiant men and
women suffering the most horrible torture and martyrdom. Throughout history the Church has
always been persecuted in some manner. In fact, some call persecution the fifth mark of the
Church.
There are two forms of persecution. The first is bloody persecution, and the second is
unbloody persecution. Julian the Apostate performed the latter in the latter part of the fourth
century. He attempted to restore paganism and he promoted heretics, while preventing
Christians from having any say on public activities. Knowing what Tertullian said, that the
blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Faith, he proposed not to shed that blood. This is why this
persecution is considered worse than those prior to the Edict of Milan.
The enemies of the Church have proposed to follow a similar program. Instead of
martyring those true to the Faith, they are ignored. Their program is one of rusting our souls by
1

Some private prophecies point to a Great Pope and Great Monarch, who will reign before Antichrist. Two
authors speculate that Pope Pius IX was the Great Pope. They disagree on who the Great Monarch was. One states
it was Franz Joseph. The other, because of the evil of mankind, say that God only allowed us a heretic, Queen
Victoria as Great Monarch.

the luxuries of the day rather than fight against us. They motto is 'let us make no more martyrs,
but let us make vice acceptable among the people', and this they have accomplished. Vice is
considered a human right and an alternate life style rather than a sin crying to heaven for
vengeance.
A story is told of a young man, who someone wished to subvert with lust. They tied him
to a bed with silk bands, so that every movement he made would stimulate him. Then they sent
in a harlot to complete the task. He bit his tongue off and spat it at her in order to preserve his
virginity. How many today instead give in to these alluring temptations? And temptations
surround us.
At Quito, Ecuador almost four centuries ago, the Blessed Virgin Mary warned us: The
third meaning of the lamps going out is that those times the air will be filled with the spirit of
impurity which like a deluge of filth will flood the streets, squares and public places. The
licentiousness will be such there will be no more virgin souls in the world. This prophecy has
been literally fulfilled, for the air is filled with impurity in the form of signals from satellites
carrying the most foul transmissions, which we can easily pick up in the heart of our very homes.
In order to corrupt true Christians, the enemies of the Church have infiltrated the Catholic
Church herself, as Our predecessor of happy memory, Saint Pius X warned: That We make no
delay in this matter is rendered necessary especially by the fact that the partisans of error are to
be sought not only among the Church's open enemies; they lie hid, a thing to be deeply deplored
and feared, in her very bosom and heart, and are the more mischievous, the less conspicuously
they appear. We allude, Venerable Brethren, to many who belong to the Catholic laity, nay, and
this is far more lamentable, to the ranks of the priesthood itself, who, feigning a love for the
Church, lacking the firm protection of philosophy and theology, nay more, thoroughly imbued
with the poisonous doctrines taught by the enemies of the Church, and lost to all sense of
modesty, vaunt themselves as reformers of the Church; and, forming more boldly into line of
attack, assail all that is most sacred in the work of Christ, not sparing even the person of the
Divine Redeemer, whom, with sacrilegious daring, they reduce to a simple, mere man. 4
Saint Pius X (died 1914) in E Supremi his first Encyclical: When all this is considered
there is good reason to fear lest this great perversity may be as it were a foretaste, and perhaps
the beginning of those evils which are reserved for the last days; and that there may be already in
the world the "Son of Perdition" of whom the Apostle speaks (II. Thess. ii., 3). Yes Pope Saint
Pius X feared Antichrist had already been born. Such was the evil of the day, which he valiantly
fought against, during his reign.
This is indeed a terrible persecution, for instead of strengthening us by giving us a choice
between denying our faith or death and eternal happiness, The Enemy has given us a choice
between alluring vice and virtue. Indeed for over a centuries Catholics have been slowly
corrupted into accepting compromises with the world. Even the clergy, prior to the Great
Apostasy, had become so lax that one might fear that a majority of them are now burning in hell.
The words of Saint Paul have been forgotten: And be not conformed to this world; but
be reformed in the newness of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and the
acceptable, and the perfect will of God. 5 No Catholics of the first half o the Twentieth Century
believed that a deal could be struck with the world, whereby one could be worldly enough to be
happy and yet have just enough holiness to obtain a place in Purgatory. Heroic virtue was
considered to be reserved to a select few who choose to depart the world into convents and

monasteries. And even in these sanctuaries, the poison of this attitude soon penetrated, since a
whole generation had imbibed this from their pastors as well as their parents and other Catholics.
As one priest observed, by the 1950's to almost all Catholics, Catholicism had been
reduced to Mass on Sunday, fish on Friday and five dollars in the collection plate. The Psalmist
lamented as we can now: Save me, O Lord, for there is now no saint: truths are decayed from
among the children of men. They have spoken vain things every one to his neighbour: with
deceitful lips, and with a double heart have they spoken. 6

Indifference
In the 19th century dangerous ideas began circulating. These ideas have become the
center of the thinking of the world. Whereas science demands precision in thinking and
reasoning, especially in the more practical sciences such as engineering, in area of philosophy
and theology all manner of thinking is now not only permitted, but encouraged. In Mathematics
we know there are simple truths, such as adding two to two gives one a result of four. No other
result is permitted. Many sciences rely on this and many other facts, which we are taught in the
elementary grades at school.
However, the knowledge of Almighty God has been reduced to a mere opinion. Both
Popes Pius IX and X fought against this liberal and modern attitude in matters of such great
importance. One can make a mistake in building a bridge and lives are lost. However, to make a
mistake and teach error in regards to eternity threatens to destroy souls forever in hell. Jesus
says: And fear ye not them that kill the body, and are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear
him that can destroy both soul and body in hell. 7
Errors in regard to religion are especially evident in places where several or even many
religions are each practiced. In the United States, there is a melting pot of religions, which is
expanding exponentially. This country was founded on the basis of freedom of religion, because
the founding fathers could not agree on which religion amongst the Protestant sects is the true
religion. Protestantism is nothing else than a different form of the same true Christian religion,
in which it is possible to serve God as well as in the Catholic Church. 8 Pope Pius IX
condemned this proposition as erroneous, for Protestantism is not true Christianity, but Cafeteria
Christianity in that it picks and chooses in each sect what doctrines it accepts and which
doctrines it rejects. And the various Protestant sects have evolved from their founding and may
preach a different doctrine on some subjects than their founders preached.
The prevalent idea came to be: Everyman is free to embrace that religion which he led
by the light of reason, thinks to be the true religion. 9 This proposition was also rightfully
condemned by Pope Pius IX as are the following:
In the worship of any religion whatever, men can find the way to eternal
salvation, and can attain eternal salvation. 10
We must have at least a good hope concerning the eternal salvation of all those
who in no wise are in the true Church of Christ. 11

The first mark of The True Religion is that it will preach that it is The True Religion and
therefore all other religions are false. Any truth they may have came ultimate from Almighty
God and the true religion and has been borrowed by them. The Catholic Church emphatically
teaches "There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved."
12

The world has come to accept all religions as an expression of the Mind of God, and is
totally indifferent to which religion if any you choose to practice. The only mortal sin in the
eyes of the world is to be intolerant of the errors of others. Catholics have fallen also into
indifference. This first came in the area of business a century ago, when Catholics came to have
many non-Catholic customers. This led in part to Moral Modernism.

Moral Modernism
In the Twentieth Century, Catholics fell into the trap of moral modernism. Faher Salvany
in What is Liberalism describes this quite well: He may even go to Church and, stranger still,
sometimes approach the Sacraments; but his maxim is, in the Church to live as a Christian,
outside of the Church to live as the world lives, according to the times in which one is born and
not obstinately to swim against the stream. He dies with the priest on one side, his infidel
literature on the other and imagines that his Creator will applaud his breadth of mind.
Modernism separates man into various pieces. And thus, a man is a Catholic on Sunday
morning. As such he believes fully in the account of Creation given in Genesis. On Monday
morning he is a scientist and willing teaches the doctrine of evolution to those who come to him
in such a way that it totally contradicts the doctrine of Creation. Or he might be a Catholic on
Sunday morning and privately abhor abortion as a great sin, but then he will sit on Monday as a
judge in court and uphold a law permitting abortion. And the same is true of the business person,
salesman, etc.
More recently this has been described as: Hence even among Catholics the strange
phenomenon of a double conscience often repeats itself-one conscience for private life, another
for public life; religious at home and in church, unreligious (if not anti-religious) in public
offices, and political and social life. The chief cause of this melancholy phenomenon was
certainly liberal doctrine, which turned religion into a private affair, creating a double morality,
and again, political and economic amoralism. 13
By 1958, when Pope Pius XII died, many were Catholics in name only. In practice they
denied the Faith and the Morals of the Catholic Church by they way of life. Catholicism had
been reduced to a simple routine of Mass on Sunday, fish on Friday, as described above. Many
had become no different from their Protestant counter parts, and were indeed no longer Catholic
in their hearts.
When put to the test in the 1960's, when the followers of Antichrist attempted to change
the Catholic Church through the new teachings promulgated at Vatican II 14 and instituted in the
Spirit of Vatican II, they readily followed along. This is especially true, when the
Commandments of the Church on fasting were virtually eliminated.

Inconsistency
Indifference and Moral Modernism lead to inconsistency whereby a persons actions and
what he preaches and teaches are at odds. The maxim 'practice what you preach' should be
remembered by all. Further with Moral Modernism, one professes one set of beliefs in one place
and a contrary set in another. This inconsistency in belief and action leads eventually to insanity,
for the mind is created for truth. Any introduction of falsehood in the mind is an imperfection
and should be remedied. However, to live a contradictory life destroys our thinking processes.
Thus to preach sexual purity and that sex is limited to marriage, while having an extra-marital
affair is a contradiction that slowly rots the mind.
To put this simply, we cannot believe that two added two equals four and then act as if
two added to two equals five. Such is inconsistent and will not only destroy our minds, but also
lead to many errors in our life. The Enemy of our souls seeks to place us in a condition where
we are living a lie, that is a life with a built in inconsistency. Let us return to the matter of
purity. Many profess purity, while they watch the most vile filth on television not even realizing
how impure what they are watching truly is.
These three weapons of the enemy of our souls, indifference, moral modernism and
inconsistency that led to the Great Apostasy and have become much worse in the past half of a
century. These three diseases of the soul and mind have infected virtually everyone man, woman
and child on earth. No one can claim to be unaffected.

The Great Apostasy

The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared at Fatima, Portugal in 1917. She dramatically
punctuated Her appeal to Catholics to return to a life of prayer and penance with the Miracle of
the Sun on October 3, 1917. Earlier she had given a secret to the three seers, which was divided
into three parts. The first two have been revealed, while the third shall remain secret until the
end of time. However, we have been given some clues about this final part of the secret. We
have been told that it is a matter of the papacy and that the reason it should be revealed in 1960 is
that at that time it would be clearer. In fact, at the beginning of 1959 the last seer, Lucia dos
Santos, requested to go on the radio to speak to the world about Fatima. Instead she was silenced
by the Vatican, which had been taken over by the enemies of the Church as they had hoped for
over a century earlier.
The Church had uncovered a document, The Permanent Instruction of the Alta Vendita,
which Pope Pius IX ordered published. It outlined the desires of one of the enemies of the
Church. They stated: That which we ought to demand, that which we should seek and expect,
as the Jews expected the Messiah, is a Pope according to our wants. Indeed they found such a
man in Angelo Roncalli, who usurped the Papacy in 1958 as the second Antipope John XXIII in
history. Elsewhere in this instruction we read: Now then, in order to secure to us a Pope in the
manner required, it is necessary to fashion for that Pope a generation worthy of the reign of
which we dream. We have seen above how this generation was fashioned.

Vatican II
Much has been written and said about this convention of heretics, which assembled in the
Temple of God from 1962 until 1965. One person observed that the bishop who assembled had
5

sounded conservative in their dioceses prior to assembling. However, when they assembled,
they realized that a new wind was blowing through the windows opened by Antipope John
XXIII-II and they showed their true colors. Joseph Ratzinger, who was present, called this
convention a counter-Syllabus, meaning it reversed the Syllabus or Errors condemned by Pope
Pius IX. What was once considered a false teaching by the Catholic Church was now considered
a true teaching by the Church of the Council, as Antipope Paul VI called it in his closing speech
to Vatican II.
There is not space to go into the evil doctrines promulgated by Vatican II and expanded
upon in the Spirit of Vatican II, which form the basic teachings and doctrines of the Conciliar
Church 15 founded by this Convention. Vatican II teaches among other things that Moslems
worship the one true god. On several occasions, leaders of the Conciliar Church, such as Paul
VI, John Paul II and Benedict XVI, have stated that the Conciliar Church worships the same god
as Islam does. Although Islam is monotheistic, it clearly states that it does not worship the God
of Christians, the Holy Trinity. No, they state that Allah is one person and only person in the
godhead. Christians know that God is one God in three Divine Persons, Father, Son and Holy
Ghost. This point alone is sufficient to show that the Conciliar is not the Catholic Church.

Go Out From Her My People 16

In order to remain Catholic it soon became obvious that Catholics must heed this advice
from Apocalypse: And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: Go out from her, my people;
that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues. 17 Indeed many
expect a chastisement from God, but do not realize that the chastisement is already here.
The Fathers of the Church unanimously teach that at the time of the Great Apostasy, the
Holy Sacrifice of the Mass shall cease entirely upon earth. The Prophet Amos asks: Did you
offer victims and sacrifices to me in the desert for forty years, O house of Israel? 18 Indeed this
has happened, with the foundation of the Conciliar Church, which has taken away the Sacrifice
of the Mass and placed the Abomination of Desolation in the holy place. 19 Saint Jerome in the
Roman Breviary tells us that the abomination of desolation is heresy. The holy place can be
interpreted as the Temple of God, that is Saint Peter's Basilica, where the vile heresies of Vatican
II were promulgated. It could also mean the Catholic Church as a whole, which is God's Temple
and where heresy is freely taught to this day. That is in the church buildings the world believes
are Catholic. Indeed it can be said of nominal Catholics today: Behold, I will bring of the
synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie. 20
True valid Masses continued to be offered in some places, but not in a manner pleasing to
Almighty God. Instead of being offered in union with the Vicar of Jesus Christ, they were
offered in union Antichrists in the persons of Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II the Great
Deceiver, Benedict XVI and now Francis I. Pope Pius VIII reminds us: Jerome used to say it

this way: he who eats the lamb outside this house will perish. 21 Saint Cyprian says that anyone
who follows a false Bishop of Rome is outside of the Catholic Church.
To remain Catholic one must separate entirely from the Conciliar Church founded by
John the Baptist Montini (Antipope Paul VI) at Vatican II. One must accept that the only thing
catholic about this sect is its unjust retention of the name of Catholic. One cannot consider the
hierarchy of this sect has any connection with or authority in the Catholic Church in any manner
whatsoever.

Decimation of the Catholic Church

And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into
the desert, unto her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the
face of the serpent. 22 The word in the Vulgate, which is translated as desert means deserted,
abandoned and forsaken. Indeed, the Church was forsaken. Just as the Apostles to a man
deserted Jesus, when He was arrested in the Garden of Gethsamne, the Bishops deserted Jesus at
Vatican II because there was no Pope reigning, only an heretical usurper. Awake, O sword,
against my shepherd, and against the man that cleaveth to me, saith the Lord of hosts: strike the
shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn my hand to the little ones. 23 And the
prophet Isaias goes even further: And they that remain of the trees of his forest shall be so few,
that they shall easily be numbered, and a child shall write them down. 24
Henry Edward Cardinal Manning in the late 1884s warned us of what was approaching:
But there shall be upon men darkness, and mourning upon mourning, and woe upon woe. Then,
the Church shall be scattered, driven into the wilderness, and shall be for a time, as it was in the
beginning, invisible, hidden in catacombs, in dens, in mountains, in lurking-places; for a time it
shall be swept, as it were, from the face of the earth. Such is the universal testimony of the
Fathers of the early centuries. 25
For the children of Israel shall sit many days without king, and without prince, and
without sacrifice, and without altar, and without ephod, and without theraphim. 26 The children
of Israel represent the Church. The Church is without a king, that is a Pope, for many days. It is
without princes, as the bishops have deserted her. This causes her to be without the Holy
Sacrifice of the Mass and our altars have been taken away and replaced with tables. The ephod
is vestment of the High Priest, and thus emphasizes that there is no High Priest, that is no Pope
for many days. The theraphim is a priestly vestment, emphasizing the loss of the Mass.
In Apocalypse chapter 12, we read that the woman is in labor to give birth. The woman
is the Church and she is in labor to give birth to a Pope to begin the end of the Great Apostasy.
In Joel we read: Between the porch and the altar the priests the Lord' s ministers shall weep, and
shall say: Spare, O Lord, spare thy people: and give not thy inheritance to reproach, that the
heathen should rule over them. Why should they say among the nations: Where is their God? 27
We as Pope stood between the porch and the altar praying to Almighty God, because for over

Restoration of the Church

We have seen that the Church has been utterly decimated by Antichrist and his minions.
We have seen that the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass was taken away, although some bishops and
priests remained who offered it up validly, but illegitimately. We have seen that the Papacy fell
vacant and was usurped in 1958, and four men reigned as Antipopes unopposed by a true Pope,
which is unprecedented in Church History. As Pope Leo XIII observed: But the Episcopal
order is rightly judged to be in communion with Peter, as Christ commanded, if it be subject to
and obeys Peter; otherwise it necessarily becomes a lawless and disorderly crowd. 28 All of
these things are the natural result of a prolonged vacancy in the papacy. The Council of Lyons
states in Canon 2: How grave are the losses resulting from a prolonged vacancy, and how full of
dangers it is to the Roman Church, is shown by prudent consideration of the past.
In the Offertory of the Mass for the election of a Pope we read: They shall not partake of
holy things, until a high priest shall arise for evidence and truth. We shall not have legitimate
Masses and be able to partake of Holy Communion worthily until the Papacy is again occupied
by a Pope.
After an interregnum of over thirty one years and much effort on the part of bishops,
priests and faithful Catholics, a group of faithful Catholics gathered as the universal Church to
end the vacancy. As a perfect society, the Catholic Church always has a way to end a vacancy in
the papacy here and now. It is never impeded in this holy endeavor.
Saint Athanasius says: Even if Catholics faithful to Tradition are reduced to a handful,
they are the ones who are the Church of Jesus Christ. And what is more traditional than the
need of a living, breathing Pope to shepherd the flock of Jesus Christ? Catholics are subject to
the Vicar of Jesus Christ. During an interregnum, they pray for a speedy election of a new Pope.

False Solutions
The enemy of our souls does not care where we are, as long as we are not in full visible
communion with the Church founded by Jesus Christ. And thus as the apostasy unfolded, many
false solutions were offered where people were diverted from the main problem to fighting side
issues. This can be seen in the fights against abortion and against the destruction of marriage.
The true solution is to follow the example of the Christians of the first three centuries,
when being a Christian many times also meant becoming a martyr. Did the early Christians
protest the pagan laws surrounding them? No, they took a far different attitude. They were
faithful citizens, obeying in all things lawful, the civil government. Instead of fighting the evil
laws, they sought to learn the Law of the Gospel and follow this faithfully in their lives. By their
good example, they desired to attract others to join them in obeying Jesus Christ and holy Holy
Church, and thus finding a happiness to be found no where else than in the Church of Jesus
Christ.

Satis Cognitum, paragraph 15

The Universal Conversion

The Fathers of the Church unanimously teach that after the death of Antichrist, the whole
world will convert, and there will be a period of true peace. Antichrist has died long ago in
1978, but the world has not yet converted. We should be working for this conversion. We must
remember that conversion begins with us. We must not go back to 1950's Catholicism, because
this brought on the Great Apostasy in the 1960's. No, we must live the Catholic way of life. We
must banish moral modernism from our lives and live in strict adherence to the Commandments
of Almighty God and of His holy Church.

Conversion Begins at Home

We must first admit that we have grown up in a world that is steeped in error. We have
imbibed the three fold errors of indifference, moral modernism and inconsistency from almost
the moment of birth. We are surrounded by such errors, and generations before us have also
taken in these errors.
We can consider the world as a sewage lagoon. We are in that lagoon. It matters not
whether we or anyone else jumped in willingly, fell in or were pushed by another. The end result
is the same, we are dirty and need to cleanse ourselves.
Let us recall what Saint Paul said: And be not conformed to this world; but be reformed
in the newness of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and the acceptable, and the
perfect will of God. 29 We need to reform our minds.
The Roman Catechism teaches: The mind rests content in the knowledge of eternal
truth. Out duty is to devote ourselves to learning and loving the truths of our holy Faith and in
living by them. This is the road to happiness. By following this road we hope to bring others to
a knowledge and acceptance of these holy truths. In this way we work towards the universal
conversion. Living the Catholic way of life and bringing others to this holy path is the duty of
every Christian.

In the End My Immaculate Heart Will Triumph

The Blessed Virgin Mary promised that She would triumph over the heresies that caused
the Great Apostasy and have helped prolong it. Let us pray that Her triumph may come soon!
She foretold the Great Apostasy at Fatima, indicating that it would begin around 1960 as indeed
it did. She also foretold Her own triumph over the Great Apostasy, but did not give a date.
We have consecrated Russia to Her Immaculate Heart on two occasions First on August
22, 1992 and then again on December 11, 2011 the day after Our own coronation together with
the consecrating Bishop.

Catholic Action
A century ago the Popes called for the faithful to come to the aid of the Church. Saint
John Chrysostom tells us: He who is content with saving himself and neglects the salvation of
29

Romans 12:2

others cannot secure his own salvation. 30 Saint Thomas Aquinas writes: In cases of necessity
where faith is in danger, every one is bound to proclaim his faith to others, either to give good
example and encouragement to the rest of the faithful, or to check the attacks of unbelievers: but
at other times it is not the duty of all the faithful to instruct others in the faith. 31
Saint Gregory Nanzianzen gives us this piece of advice: We must first be purified and
then purify others; be filled with wisdom and make others wise; become light and give light; be
near to God and lead others to Him; be sanctified and sanctify; guide others by the hand and
counsel them with knowledge. We must become saints, for only saints enter heaven. We must
resist all of the false maxims of the world. We must seek rather the holy teachings of the
Catholic Church.
Many say that the greatest saints shall live in these times. It is time for all of us to
become these great saints. This is not a time for half measures, for those who pursue half
measures are in danger of eternal damnation.

Conclusion
The Church remains in a terrible crisis. It is time for all of us to come to her defense. It
is time for all of us to storm heaven with prayer and serious penance, begging God to flood the
world with His grace.
We extend Our Apostolic Blessing to the whole world.
Give this 16th day of July, 1990, being the twenty-fifth anniversary of Our election as
Pope.
