HAM AND CHEESE ROLL

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups all-purpose flour (remove cup dusting)


cup sugar
5 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk (evap)
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon oil or butter (for greasing)
1 tablespoon yeast
1 kilo ham
1 bar cheese big

PROCEDURE:

Preheat oven at 200c


Boil water them put the bowl of milk on top until it is luke warm, then add the yeast and
a pinch of sugar
Mix the flour sugar baking powder and a pinch of salt
Then mix the egg oil and melted butter
Add the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients then mix it
Form it and knead until it becomes elastic
Put it in bowl and brush it with oil
Cover it with damp cloth and place it on top of the preheated oven to rise or put it in a
room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Punch and knead it
Cut the dough into desire weight
Smoothen it then flatten it use a rolling pin
Put the ham and cheese in the dough
Brush the dough with oil
Let it rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour

Place it in the oven for 15 20 minutes or until the color becomes golden brown

Hot dog Roll

INGREDIENTS:

500 gms bread crumbs

Add the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients then mix it
