My well-founded commitment for development work is evidenced by various high


profile awards bestowed to the organizations I managed and participated. I have
more than fifteen years experience working with the non-government organization
initiated programs and projects that were focused on in-school and out-of-schoolyouth (osy), community and resource development, environment education and
training, networking, alternative livelihood assistance, advocacy and stakeholder
engagement.
Throughout my career, I acquired and developed strong management, nongovernment projects supervision, team building and training, advocacy and
networking. I am a very motivated and competent person with effective leadership,
communication, and negotiating skills who is committed to excel in all aspects of my
working life. My strong relationship building skills, demonstrated records of success
in positions of responsibility, and proven strategic management background are
among my major attributes.
