The overall score is then compiled by summing up the scores for the points achieved through
KRA and Attribute.
The overall finalized score for each individual in the function will then ranked and compared
for normalization. The normalization process for finalizing the rating will be based on the
achievement score and behavioral indicators as exhibited by the individual as defined in the
rating definition sheet.
