SCOPE

1.1

General

For general PROJECT definitions (COMPANY, CONTRACTOR, PROJECT, etc.) and abbreviations,
refer to the document:
Project Procedure Coordination 3814-MZ-PC-000001.
The design, development and implementation of the PROJECT shall comply with the applicable codes
and standards, as listed in the following paragraphs.
If a particular code, or if another applicable standard, supports or provides more than one level of
quality, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the more demanding prescription, as determined by
COMPANY.
Apart from the codes and standards, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with the applicable Dominican
legislation. In case of discrepancy between the applicable Dominican legislation and applicable codes
and standards, the more demanding one, that encourages the full and thorough completion of the
works in optimal conditions, shall prevail, as determined by the COMPANY.
This DOCUMENT incorporates the PROJECT requirements contained in the following contractual
documentation:
