Competency-based curriculum that translated in the Education Unit Level Curriculum


(SBC) is conceptually recognized as one of the means for the implementation of the learning
process to provide and to expand the perception of student knowledge, skills, and attitudes that
are reflected in the habit of thinking and acting. One that supports the implementation of SBC in
the implementation process is the theory of constructivist learning. One of learning form that can
serve as active learning and be able to differentiate the uniqueness of each individual is
theoretically individual learning. Empirically-based learning has been shown that individual
differences can be better emphasize the uniqueness of each student, allowing students achieve
optimal learning outcomes, improve the efficiency of learning, increased their interest in
learning, and forming positive attitudes toward learning materials. The media have a significant
role in the process of learning, because learning is a system that contains the components that are
related to achieving the goals set. Then media integrated in a model in accordance with the
constructivist learning so the module that can really serve the students' activeness and uniqueness
can be composed.
The purpose of the Development that had to be achieved is to create module for teachers
and students guide to used as a learning medium that can be one of the learning medium in the
teaching and learning activities that undertaken by teachers. The module was developed based
Learning Cycle 3 phases consisting of module handle students and student worksheets containing
SK about understanding object-based programming guide accompanied with images to facilitate
students in understanding these subjects, as well as the module guide that function to facilitate
Master Teachers teaching and learning activities.
The analysis of the test and the data validation development of Learning Cycle 3 phase
based learning modules that subjects apprehending desktop-based visual programming ON ICT
Competency Standard has developed well based on Sadiman development with the percentages
of the validity of media expert by 85%, the validity of the material expert by 89%, and the trial
usage by 82%. Learning Cycle 3 phases based learning module on the subjects of ICT
competency standard understanding desktop-based visual programming is suitable with the
student's learning style.
