Title: Human Resources/Diversity Assistant
Responsible for maintaining personnel files for all employees. Actively participate in the
recruiting process and creating job offers. Coordinating the employment process by
creating personnel files and working along with payroll to activate new employees as
needed. Coordinate with a third party vendor as well as payroll to assist with the
unemployment process for former employees across multiple states. Coordinate EEO-1
and Vets 100 Reports annually. Create and design HR forms and provide additional
administrative support as needed. Basic knowledge of Cobraguarde, Employee Health
Care Benefits and 401K processes.
