Projects:
Worked as a Team Leader and Mentor for Employees (60 Employees) Working in
Cognizant Technology Solutions on project OneCognizant.com. It is an internal portal for all employees
in which they can do various activities (applying Leave, Getting details of Technical coordination,
Management details, blogs, promotions, and social activities).
I was helping mentor for employees in creating Test Scenarios, Test cases, Defect Report and testing
the internal portal.
Projects:
Assisted with the delivery of a Train the Trainer course for the SIHS in association with Symbiosis
College and Inspire Change. Combining IT knowledge and Soft Skills to create a successful training plan
to be cascaded internally to embrace the change of the financial structure within the SIHS. Excellent
opportunity and challenge with tremendous results .
