Agenda 1: Course Registration and EEE club
Description: In previous registration process we faced lot of problems. As the decision from
meeting all teachers are assigned specific batch for registration process.
Decision: The registration duty is assigned to individual teacher based on level/term. Already we
have done most of the registration and collect money for EEE club fund. After completing
registration process each faculty member will submit the collected money to Tanvir Ahmed. The
list of the teacher assigned for different level of student is mentioned in the following table.

Description: We have to make question which contain short question, multiple choice question,
broad question, mathematics, technical question etc and submit to department.
Agenda 3: Lab Sheet
Description: In order to carry out experiments smoothly in the laboratory it is required to prepare
lab sheet.
Decision: The concerned teacher will prepare lab sheet and submit to the department.
