Introduction
HRMS is used to maintain details about the employee working in the organization. The
information is entered when a new employee is hired by Global Technology Innovation.
Process Flow
Overview
The employee definition section captures information such as Employee code, Employee
Title, First name, Second name, Third name, Last Name, Employee Full Name, and if the
employee is active. The information is also captured in Arabic. The Employee Definition
screen consists of 7 tabs such as Organization Definition, Contract Details, Personal
Details 1, Personal Details 2, Payment Details, Employee Address and Employee
Reference, where specific information related to each tab is captured.
Prerequisites
Using HRMS
This section will guide you in creating an employee record and enter the appropriate
organizational definitions associated with the employee
Employee Definition
1. Select the employee code from the Employee Code dropdown list
2. Enter the required details

Employee Title The title of the employee
First Name
The first name of the employee
Second Name
The second name of the employee
Third Name
The third name of the employee
Last Name
The last name of the employee
Note: The employee full name is automatically displayed in the Employee Full Name field

Field Description
Employee Company code is associated with the company, to
which the employee belongs.
Employee division code is associated with the division, to which
the employee belongs.
Employee Branch code is associated with the branch, to which the
employee belongs.
Employee Department code is associated with the department, to
which the employee belongs.
Employee Section code is associated with the section, to which the
employee belongs.
Employee Designation code is associated with the designation of
the employee.
Employee Grade code is associated with the employees code.
Job Type code is associated with the job that is assigned to the
employee.
The person to whom the employee reports
The role performed by the employee
The location assigned to the employee
The code associated with the employees visa
