Mervyn Raphael is one of the founding members of People in Business India. Pvt. Ltd (PB) in India. Over a
25 year career, Mervyn has led several consulting assignments primarily in the areas of Employer Brand
Management, Leadership Assessment, Organization Structuring, and Executive Coaching. He is the exfounder, Managing Director of Mercer Consulting for India & Gulf Region.

Curt Coffman spent over 22 years at The Gallup Organization and was the Global Practice Leader for
employee and customer engagement consulting. He was one of the pioneers of the world renowned Q12.
As the founder member of The Coffman Organization, he has used his expertise and research findings to
build the second generation of engagement solutions EE 2.0. An internationally renowned researcher,
management consultant and author , he is a leading expert on shaping organisational culture.

Richard Mosley is a recognized global expert in employer brand management. In 2005 he co-wrote the first
published book on the subject: the Employer Brand, Bringing the best of brand management to people at
work. As Managing Director of People in Business, Richard draws on a wide range of up-to-the minute
examples from his consulting work and research across Asia, Europe and North America.

Akhilesh Mandal, Senior Director, is a veteran Business Leader with a career spanning over 3 decades. An
Engineer by training from IIT, Akhilesh has played a variety of key leadership roles in Manufacturing and IT
industries. His experience ranges from leading large team of skilled workforce to build complex military
aircraft, and design of airborne computers, to consulting, sales and delivery of IT products and services in
organizations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. Tata Consultancy Services and IBM. New Delhi-based he
oversees the Northern Region (India).

Georgie Antony is MD-International Operations for People Business, based in Singapore and heads the South
East Asia operations. He has 30 years experience in HR in leading MNCs, including 14 years in Nokia. In his last
role, Georgie was the Senior Director, Human Resources, responsible for Pfizers Emerging markets in Asia.
Earlier, he was the Head of HR for Nokia Siemens Networks for Asia Pacific. He has spent ten years with the
Unilever group in India, Eicher Goodearth, and Larsen & Toubro. After a B.Sc Chemistry from Loyola College,
Madras University he completed a PG specializing in PM&IR from Xavier Labour Relations Institute,
Jamshedpur.
Dr Sandeep K. Krishnan is an Associate Director at People Business. He is a Fellow (Doctorate) of Indian
Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to joining People business, he has worked with organizations like
IBM, Infosys, Ernst and Young, and RPG. As a consultant he has led large assignments in the areas of
leadership development, talent management, and employer branding with both public and private sector
organizations. He is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from HRCI and has completed
certification in Executive Coaching from University of Cambridge. Sandeep is also an Adjunct Faculty at the
Indian Institute of Management Indore. His research has been published in Human Resource Management,
Business Strategy Review, South Asian Journal of Management, and Vikalpa. He has authored many case
studies, and articles in professional journals.

Dr. Kathleen Sorensen has extensive


leadership
experience

and delivering integrated, high-impact solutions in all aspects of people management. Her talent and expertise lies in
the strategic analysis of corporate goals and the design and implementation of selection and development
interventions. Dr. Sorensen was the Global Practice Leader for The Gallup
Organization in the area of talent selection and development. She

client-specific
corporate university programs for leadership, management, sales and service, mentoring, etc.. She has
earned a Ph.D., M.A. and B.A., specializing in organizational communication.
