Handling and Storage Instructions

Everest Solid Wall Panels should be handled by at least 3-4
persons and are to be handled in vertical position.
While handling Everest Solid Wall Panels by fork lift, crane etc.
please ensure that proper supports are provided to protect
edges.
Everest Solid Wall Panels should be stacked vertically resting
on the groove, side by side in a covered space. Never stack
them horizontally or inclined. It is recommended to keep
them 150 - 200 mm above the ground level to avoid direct
contact with dust, water etc.
Always keep the tongue side of the Panels on the top side.
Position three metal spacers, for every panel, one at the
centre of the panel and other two on either sides i.e. 900mm
away from centre.
Due support should be provided at equal intervals by using
wooden battens under the Everest Solid Wall Panels for
uniform stacking.

maintain the solid effect of a conventional brick or block wall and offers:

Light Weight - 90% lighter than brick / block wall
Fire Rated > 2 hours
Everest Solid Wall Panels are sandwich panels made out of FRACC and
Everest Wall Boards. Their unique tongue and groove joining system
facilitates rapid construction and maximizes the space utilization.
