should be done to might as well attract customers and give a

The Assessment Program
Assessment must be careful to consider the employees level of
acculturation to the company.
It is important to determine how familiar and comfortable
individuals to each other and to the company.

In the future - to conduct seminars/trainings on personality,


patient relations, communication, and even on Fire and
earthquake preparedness and the like, to further enhance the
employees morale to be handled by professional and expert
speakers.
To encourage employees to attend seminars that are related to
their work for career development opportunities.
Every new rank and file recruited will be evaluated every 90th
day for their progress and improvement to let them know if
they are performing according to the companys core values,
policies and the basic on-board training. It will also include
an offhand interview on how they see the company, the
companys operations, the customers and the problems that
hinder their improvement.
The probationary employees will be evaluated before their 6th
month to further assess if they will be regularized or given
another time for training.

The Compensation, Benefit and Awards Program

Every new hire will be compensated with the basic wage pay
rates according to industry standards.
To suggest that the vacation leave should be increased
according to years of service rendered.
To suggest at least 20% discount on medicines for employees
or even give them for free if possible.
